佐	佐藤康之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘の希望で家系ラーメンだったので、こちらの侍さんにお邪魔しました。体調的に2日酔いに近い状態だったのですがそれでも塩っ気が少し強く感じられました。味としては普通を頼んだのですが濃く感じました。薄めでも良かったかもしれません。。注文と写真は全のせラーメンです。定員さんが女の人でしたが挨拶も悪くない感じでした。 As it was a family ramen with my daughter's wish, I visited this samurai. 8	8823 spitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は藤が丘にある｢侍｣を訪問。以前伏見の店で食べことがありますが、あまりの美味しさに唸ったものです。カウンターのみの細長く狭い店内。ラーメン(固め濃いめ普通)麺増しと半ライスを注文。程なくして料理が到着しました。スープはとろみがあって茶色く濁っています。本来こうあるべき家系スープですが、どうも名古屋近辺は鮮やかな黄色のクリーミーなタイプが多いですからね。それはそれで自分は大好きなんですけれども。この塩分の強いスープは伏見の記憶が蘇ります。この鬱陶しいほどのしょっぱさが堪らんのです。ただ1つ残念だったのは海苔。伏見店の海苔は厚みがあってパリパリで、香りもほんとに良かったんです。たかが海苔と思うかもしれませんが、あの美味しさが忘れられんのです。ここの海苔はなんだか安っぽい。ペラペラで香りも抜けてます。しかしながらラーメンの美味しさは間違いなし。名古屋を支配する壱系に頭を悩ませる名古屋の家系ファンの皆さん、是非一度｢侍｣を試してみてください。ごちそうさまでした。 Today we visit "Samurai" in Fujigaoka. コ	コトブキ産アルセウス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛知県にある家系ラーメンの中でも最高傑作の一杯だと思います。スープがとにかく濃厚で極端な生臭さもなく体に染みわたります。店に入りカタメ・ウスメ・フツウでオーダー、やってきた丼からスープ―を一口飲んだ瞬間、生きていてよかったと思えます。チャーシューも厚切りで余分な脂が少ないのでガツガツ食べられ、締めには白米で海苔とチャーシューをおかずに食べると最高です。家系ラーメンは大好きでよく食べます。転職前は藤が丘駅をよく利用していたので週1～２で利用していましたが、今は侍は住居から遠いのでたまに遠征する程度になってしまいました。しかし近所にある家系ラーメンの店はセントラルキッチンが多く、店炊きのこちらと比べるとどうしても雲泥の差を感じてしまい定期的にこのラーメンを食べるためだけに片道1時間かけていきます。平日はランチサービスでライス無料か麺大盛り無料、学生さんなら学生証提示で常時どちらか無料です。 I think it is one of the best masterpieces of Iekei Ramen in Aichi prefecture.
