行列が出来ている人気店です!
ラーメン屋というより料亭の様な
美しいメニューで女性にも人気の様です。
つけ麺が人気の様で待っている間、
かなりオーダーが入っていました。
私が食べたのは特製パイタンラーメン+焼豚丼。
きめ細かい泡のエスプーマスープの上には
野菜との天ぷらが添えてあり、
とても上質な印象。
スープはこってり過ぎない豚骨ベースで、
魚介の香りも高くまさに贅沢な一杯!
ツルツルの麺は小麦の風味が口に広がり、
細麺に極上スープが絡みます。
低温調理の鳥焼豚も贅沢に盛り付け。
香ばしさが香る肉とハーブが染み込む肉の
2種類で飽きずに味わえました!
焼豚丼はトロトロの焼豚に、
たっぷりタレがかかったご飯。
このタレベースの醤油が無茶苦茶美味しくて
材料に拘り抜いた印象でした!

獅子丸、幸光坂も系列にしている半蔵さん。日曜日は17:30オープンになっていたので、17:45に着くとすでに満席。駐車場はなかったので近くのパーキングに停めました。
5年ほど前に来た時にすごく美味しい、と感じた記憶があったので再訪しました(^^)
麺は全粒粉の平打ち。魚介つけ麺のスープはクリーミーであつあつでした。ただ、以前ほどの感動がなかった、(もちろん美味しいです)。僕があと少しだけパンチのあるスープが好みに変わったんだと思います^^;
お店も綺麗で接客も丁寧でした!ごちそうさま。
2021.1 Visited on the night of January.
Mr. Hanzo, who also has Shishimaru and Komitsuzaka in the series. It was open at 17:30 on Sunday, so it was already full when we arrived at 17:45. There was no parking lot, so I parked at a nearby parking lot.
When I came about 5 years ago, I remembered that it was really delicious, so I visited again (^^)
The noodles are whole grain flat. The seafood tsukemen soup was creamy and hot. However, I wasn't as impressed as before (it's delicious, of course). I think the soup with a little punch has changed to my taste ^^;
The shop was beautiful and the customer service was polite! Feast.

店の外で並んで待つ可能性もあるので、冬は防寒着を忘れずに!
駐車場は無いので、近くのコインパーキングへ?
かつお出汁の割スープは、ちょっと入れるだけで十分に感じた?

普段あまりつけ麺を食べないのですがほんとに濃いエビの香りがしてしかもトロッとしたスープが麺によく絡みます!!
私は少し最後の方くどくなってしまいましたが友達はとても大好きで何回も食べに行っていました?
魚介系が大好きな方にはとてもたまらないつけ麺かなぁと思います?
The tsukemen of spiny lobster was very rich.

I got a little sick at the end, but my friends loved it so much that I went to eat many times ?
I think it's a very irresistible tsukemen for those who love seafood ?

醤油らぁめん(ハマグリ出汁)
少し前になりますが、以前から藤が丘方面に来たら行きたかったリストのお店です。半蔵グループで獅子丸、幸先坂と3店舗で展開している様子。各店にお邪魔しましたが共に店内は清潔感がありお店に活気があります。入口入ると消毒から進み発券機で購入するシステムのお店です。つけ麺推しと知ってはいましたが寒い冬という事もあり汁有りのラーメンを見て、醤油かぱいたんか悩みましたが醤油らぁめんをチョイスします。
感じの良い店員さんに案内され席に着きます。お店のこだわりがありましたが、麺とスープはすべて国産にこだわっているとの事。小麦は北海道産、塩は沖縄産、その他の素材も国産で豚骨、鶏ガラ、野菜に至るまで国産とこだわりを感じるお店です。しっかりと確認しながらしばし待ちます。
待つこと数分。木のお盆に乗った白い丼で、見るからに美味しそうな魚介の風味漂う丼が運ばれてきました。美味しそうです。
まずはスープを一口...(^_^)美味しいです。
透明感のある見た目は塩にも感じられる醤油ベースのスープです。透明度のある薄い醤油色で表面に香味油が点々と散っています。はまぐりの風味というのでしょうか貝特有の後味のあるスープに仕上がっていて、しっかりと醤油ダレのキレもあり昆布の旨味も十分に感じられるスープです。スープ一口で仕事の丁寧さが伝わってきます。美味しいです。
麺は細麺ストレート麺で全粒粉使用の自家製麺です。少量啜るとスープを一緒に持ち上げてくれてしっかりとした歯ごたえを感じる麺です。パツっとした食感で歯切れよく踊る様な食感が味わえます。小麦にもこだわった麺との事で小麦の香りをほんのり感じながら一口また一口と進めていきます。美味しい麺です。
具材は白髪ネギ、輪切の青ネギ、メンマ、3種のお肉が乗っていて鴨、豚ロース、鶏いずれも状態はレア状態で提供されます。低温調理されたしっとり感のあるお肉ですが、鴨は胡椒の香りが、鶏は薄塩でしっとり感があり、豚のロースは柔らかくほんのり味付けの施されたチャーシューです。卓上に調味料は置いていない為最後までこのままいただくのがこの店のルールで、美味しいスープが邪魔されない様な工夫がされていることがわかります。
熱々で貝の風味をゆっくりと味わい、美味しい麺と具材交互にいただき美味しさを堪能し完食です。
美味しかった。

It's been a while ago, but it's a list of shops that I've always wanted to visit when I came to Fujigaoka. It seems that the Hanzo Group is developing at 3 stores, Shishimaru and Kosenzaka. I visited each store, but both of them have a clean feeling and the store is lively. It is a system shop where you can proceed from disinfection when you enter the entrance and purchase with a ticket issuing machine. I knew that it was Tsukemen noodles, but because it was a cold winter, I saw ramen with soup and was worried about whether it was soy sauce or soy sauce, but I chose soy sauce ramen.
A pleasant clerk will guide you to your seat. The shop was particular about it, but the noodles and soup are all made in Japan. Wheat is from Hokkaido, salt is from Okinawa, and other ingredients are also domestic, so you can feel the commitment to domestic production of pork bones, chicken bones, and vegetables. I will wait for a while while checking it firmly.

半蔵さんは初めてお邪魔しました。お昼13時すぎでしたが3~4組待ちでしたが、すんなり入店できました!
『伊勢海老つけ麺+炙りチャーシュー丼』ガッツリ伊勢海老?って感じではなく、上品な海老のスープ?麺は太麺でもっちもち。炙りチャーシューは蒲焼のような雰囲気でサラッといけます!ご馳走様でした?
