s	san tea101.19 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンのしょうゆ味、麺硬めを頼んだのですが塩味の多分ですが麺普通が出てきました。どうやら近くの席の方との提供ミスだったようです。ミスなので仕方ない気はしますが、提供する際には「お待たせしました。ラーメンです。」だけでなく味と麺の硬さの確認も客にさせた方がいいのではないでしょうか？その後、ご飯が何故か届き、サービスかな？と思って食べてしまいましたが、これもミスのようですね。味については美味しかったですが家系にしては薄かったので味濃いめで注文した方がいいかもしれませんね。量は価格の割に少なかったのでコスパは良いとは言えませんね I ordered the soy sauce flavor of ramen and the hard noodles, but the noodles are usually salty, but the noodles are normal. 8	8823 spitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 例によって部活後のラーメンへ。今日訪問したのは｢こめよし家｣。藤が丘にある家系店のうちの1つです。注文はラーメンと大ライス。ライスは14時まで無料で､大きさも指定可。ラーメンは固め濃いめ普通で注文。料理はすぐに出てきました。味は所謂壱系､商店系のタイプ。壱六家の流れを汲むものです。豚骨のクリーミーさと醤油のしょっぱさを兼ね備えたもので､名古屋では吉村家の系譜を辿るものよりも圧倒的にこっちのほうがメジャーです。ただその中でも豚骨先行型に思います。濃いめで注文すると醤油のしょっぱさが際立つものですが､ここのラーメンはクリーミーさも目立ちますね。鶏油の旨味はほとんど出ていません。それから麺が短いです。壱系にありがち。正直家系は好みが別れます。壱系が好みじゃないどころか、家系であることすら認めない過激派もいます。自分はこれも立派な流派のひとつであり、正真正銘の横浜家系であると認識しています。ここでは美味い不味いについて言及することは避けますが、中盤に書いた味の感想をもとにお店を選んでいただけたらと思います。ごちそうさまでした。 As usual, go to ramen after club activities.
