吉村さんという女性の方です。
いつも利用しているレンタカー屋さんが予約がいっぱいだったため利用しましたが、二度と利用しません。
The customer service was the worst.

I used it because the rental car shop I always use was full of reservations, but I will never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt service and car was immediately ready for collection. Easy to find. But note that there are 2 Toyota rentals within the vicinity. Be sure to check which one. If you chose the shinjuku station outlet, then this is the one.
