K	Kikuchi Shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまにレジャーで使わせて頂いています。先日利用の際、駐車場の帽子のスタッフにわからないことを聞いたら、無線で客の前とは思えない口調で連絡してました。あまりに口が悪すぎてびっくりです。いつものスタッフの方は親切なのにこのスタッフはあまりにひどい。たまに使うのであまり苦情は言いたくないのですが、さすがにこのスタッフは目に余りました。 I sometimes use it for leisure. は	はまの浩一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達が利用した際に一緒に利用しました。まず、フロントの女性が感じが悪し、隣にいた社員っぽいおじさんも威圧的で感じが悪いです。女性は若い子なのでそんなもんだと思いますがもう少し親切でもいいと思う。こちらは改めて欲しいですが駐車場スタッフの説明をしたシニアの方は傷があるのを言ったら舌打ちはする、無視はするで感じ悪いです。一緒にいた女性にも馴れ馴れしい感じでちょっと腹が立ちました。(クチコミに以前書かれてる方だと思います) etcがわからなかったので聞いた若いスタッフと帰ってきた際の若いスタッフはすごく親切でした。ただそれ以上に借りた車が10万キロ超えの異音のする車です。故障はありませんでしたがアクセル踏むたび異音、ブレーキ踏めばキーキー異音が気になりました。 10万キロ超えてる車で異音がすると高速とかでは心配になります。値段優先の方にはお勧めできます。駐車場の若い子達が親切だったので星2つです。 I used it together when my friend used it. Y	Yang Alvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ORIX新宿西口店面在center大樓B1裡面的商店街，要找到店面有點困難，這一次是因為剛好看到樓層簡介，面對樓層圖平面圖，右手邊剛好有個通道入口，走進去沒幾步左手邊就是ORIX店面了。簡單的核對手續後，櫃檯人員要我自己走到B2去開車，說鑰匙就在車上，我還以為是全自助取車的，但其實不是，取車處也有工作人員，會協助驗車，確認無誤，發給停車券後才取車，但無法用英文順利溝通，花了點時間。從B1要找到B2的地下停車場有點困難，走到噴水池後，找到一家叫作「PARIS MIKI」的藍色招牌，往地下B2的通到就在左手邊。走下去右手邊就可以看到ORIX的服務站。因為是使用大樓的地下停車場，服務員會提供兩張票卡，先插入一張計算金額後，再插入另一張付款，才能出停車場閘門。還車的時候回到取車地點，會有工作人員協助，驗車無誤後就可以離開了，還車不到10分鐘。 The ORIX Shinjuku West Exit store is located in the shopping street in the center building B1.
