I would highly recommend this company for your road trip. I look forward to travelling with them again in winter for some snow activities. Arigatou CRC!

All enquires prior to the trip were handled professionally and everything we received was as expected. Requested snow tyres and 4WD and there were no hassles. Van was almost brand new, clean and drove exceptionally well. Heater worked a treat in the cold conditions and van drove very well when it snowed. The CRC team set up a WhatsApp for us so if we had any queries whilst on the trip they were there to assist. We did some minor damage to the van and pricing etc. was fair and explained to us. 11/10 would recommend and can’t wait to do it all again (minus the damaging the van part).

Although most campsites are closed after 6 November we stayed where ever we could park safely and enjoyed the views. Great way to see Japan. Tip: bring/buy pillows and ask for extra blankets in colder months.

Pick up was super painless, explanations were easily understandable and drop off was easy. Throughout the entire journey, we could make use of a chat-based group (via LINE) set up by CRC to provide quick and helpful support for any and all questions/concerns that arose. That came in handy a few times. We would definitely recommend CRC to anyone looking to do the “camper thing” in Japan.
