ボードのワックスのために来ましたが、ワックスがけの店員さんも手袋などを買う時に対応してくれた店員さんもとても好感触な対応でした。
手袋とゴーグルを購入しようとしたらもう一つ足せば割引が効くと言うことを教えてくれて、ネックウォーマーを追加で購入しました。割引のおかげで三つ買ったのに手袋とゴーグルの二つの値段と同じ金額で買えました。
欲しいものも想定より安く買えたし、接客も素晴らしいし、スノボ関連のアドバイスも聞けて文句なしです！
The customer service is wonderful.
I came here to wax the board, but the waxing clerk and the clerk who took care of me when I bought gloves were very nice.
He told me that if I tried to buy gloves and goggles, I would get a discount if I added another one, so I bought an additional neck warmer. Thanks to the discount, I bought three, but I could buy them for the same price as the two for gloves and goggles.
I was able to buy what I wanted at a lower price than I expected, the customer service was excellent, and I could hear snowboard-related advice without complaint!

The staff are helpful and will order things in if they don't have your preferred size/colour.
