カウンターに駐在している店員もいなかったのでものすごく待たされました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 使い勝手が悪すぎる。朝8時からの予約で8時前に到着しましたが、シャッターが閉まって電気が消えており営業時間8時ジャストにならないと受付が始まりません。さらに駐車場は地下4階にあり、返却時は地下駐エレベーター口にある直通電話でスタッフを呼び出して店から降りてきてもらう必要がありますが、エレベーター口が複数あり電話を探すのが大変です。返却時の無駄すぎるロスタイムを考えると、圧倒的に路面店が正解です。

In addition, the parking lot is on the 4th basement floor, and when returning it, it is necessary to call the staff with the direct telephone at the underground elevator entrance to get off the store, but there are multiple elevator entrances and it is difficult to find a telephone. Considering the excessive loss time when returning, the roadside store is overwhelmingly the correct answer.

立地も大して良くないので、安いプランがあるときに妥協して利用しています。
