S	Supriya Gurung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a huge park where you can hangout with your family and friends. It's crowded by the University students as there is Waseda University right beside the park. Toyama park is great place to run, do exercises or any activities. In most days, park is occupied by people until 21:00. It's a open park so people often use it for short cut way from Shin-Okubo to Takadanobaba or Meiji-dori. Public Toilets and drinking water is available like any other public parks. Dogs are allowed inside the park. There is smoking corner as well. There's also Shinjuku Sport Center inside Toyama park where you can enjoy sports such as, Swimming and Gym. L	Lindsey. Murri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a pretty decent park, not a lot to do but there is nice open areas. There’s a play park for children and a nice walking path. Beautiful trees and nice, grassy areas. If you play Pokémon Go, it’s a nice play to catch Pokémon during events and it’s usually not as crowded as other parks. I come here often to play and there’s a few others that do too!

H	Helio Ciffoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot either in springtime or autumn. Flowers and trees, Japanese gardens with stones and small bridges, lanes and ponds settled under the trees. Relaxing place for spend time. Fields for children play; some are playing football, others are practicing baseball. And convenient toilets to run in on necessity.
H	Harold Archer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not small, quite big, with all the facilities, including a walking track, sports field, convenience store, gazebo and places to sit. Seems like the Terrace for wisteria would make it very nice in the spring, fall with other flowers too.
B	Brian Krznarich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large, scenic, dog-friendly park(leash required). I walk my dog here several times a week, both day and night. There is also a ~1.1 km walking/jogging circuit that's marked around the edges of the park(I think the 1/10 km markers are perhaps a little unevenly spaced). Many play areas for kids. Lots of trees and shade around the outside, and a big open central field in the middle. No gates, open 24 hours, though some paths may be poorly lit very late at night.
