徳川将軍とゆかりのある、お地蔵様です。
《なぜか落馬》
徳川家光公がここを通ると、何故か落馬しました。するとその場所から お地蔵様 が掘り出され、それからお祀りされました。
《早稲田の街を見守る》
東京メトロの早稲田駅の、飯田橋寄りの階段を出て、ローソンを過ぎた角に、静かに鎮座されているお地蔵様です。
その後、この周辺を通る武士などの崇拝を受け続けました。

This is Jizo, who has a connection with General Tokugawa.
《Falling for some reason》
When Tokugawa Iemitsu passed through here, he fell for some reason. Then Jizo was excavated from that place and then enshrined.
《Watch over the city of Waseda》
Jizo is quietly enshrined at the corner past Lawson after going out the stairs near Iidabashi at Waseda Station on the Tokyo Metro.
After that, he continued to be worshiped by samurai who passed through this area.

地蔵尊が三基ある。奥のものが落馬地蔵尊。傍らに貼り出してある縁起に、「戦災で焼失し、再建された」とある。
奥の地蔵尊の右手に無縫塔あり。南無阿弥陀仏と刻む。台座に「超譽」とある。
【落馬地蔵尊 標碑】
正面に「落馬地蔵尊」と刻まれている。左側面に嘉永四年に建てた旨を刻む。
その反対側面には、草書体で文字が刻まれている。しかし、薄れて良く読めない。
[Rakuba Jizoson]
There are three Jizo statues. The one in the back is Rakuba Jizoson. The luck that is posted beside it says, "It was burnt down in the war and rebuilt."
There is a wufengta on the right side of Jizo in the back. Engrave with Namu Amida Butsu. The pedestal says "super-tan".

"Rakuba Jizoson" is engraved on the front. Engrave on the left side that it was built in the 4th year of Kaei.
On the other side, letters are engraved in cursive script. However, it fades and cannot be read well.
