Above average size rooms for downtown Tokyo at a reasonably close distance to the Yamanote line (Takadanobaba station) as well as the Fukutoshin subway line direct to Shibuya and the Tozai line direct to Tokyo station. Surrounded by a park means it's surrounded by greenery. Lots of restaurants nearby around Takadanobaba station. Supermarket also super close. Shinjuku Sport center is across the street. Price is OK for this quality starting from 300,000¥/mo.
