Great little park in a semi hidden area of Takadanobaba. Some fish and turtles in the water. Plenty of shade to sit and relax. Behind is a shrine that is also a nice area to explore. Infront of the park is a playground.

Nice little park. TONS (and I really mean a lot, they're everywhere!) of toads around (watch where you're going so you don't step on the little guys!), at least when I was there, in the evening in the middle of May. So avoid if you don't like those I guess. I think they're adorable. You can also see bats if you're lucky. Just be aware that the gates close at 7 (7.30 actually, in my case, which is when the lights go out), and if you're still in the park when that happens, you'll be locked inside, which happened to me...Getting out is not that easy, and I hurt myself doing so, so I really don't recommend that. I didn't know any better, but now you do.

Love this park! It's a gorgeous traditional Japanese style garden with lots of paths to walk down and calming landscaping. There's also a playground right outside the garden where you can hear children playing (or your children can play)

A small cute Japanese style garden near the Arakawa tram line (Sakura tram). Well kept and a good place for lunch. Konbini is just on the other side of the street. Maybe not among the must see places in Tokyo but a worthwhile visit for those in the area. Free entrance.

Feels like a hidden garden <3 Kind of overgrown, but that makes it stand out from other gardens in Japan! It's a really nice place for some lunch or just some alone time. Also a big plus that there's pretty koi and a lot of turtles!!
