R	Ryo Iso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中板橋駅から徒歩で数分程だと思います。商店街としては少し外れている場所だと思いますが、駅からは近いです。お店の外にあるメニューを確認してつけ麺にしようと店内へ。つけ麺の種類はたしか3種類。寒い日だったので担々麺的なメニューを選択。正式名称を記録してなくて申し訳ないです！ランチタイムサービスもあり、少し待ちつつ提供。最初は丁寧に（恐る恐る）麺をスープにくぐらせていましたが、店員さんの「挽き肉が沈んでるのでしっかりと下から絡めてください」のアドバイスを聞き、ガッツリ絡ませると肉が沢山。ボリュームもとても満足だし、味も良かった！店員さんの意気も良く、スープ割りのタイミングとか気遣いが素晴らしいお店でした。つけ麺の他のスープも試したいし、ラーメン系も試したいので通いたいと思います。 I think it's a few minutes walk from Naka-itabashi station. I think it's a little off the street as a shopping street, but it's close to the station. Check the menu outside the store and go inside to make tsukemen. There are three types of tsukemen. It was a cold day, so I chose a dandan noodle-like menu. I'm sorry I didn't record the official name! There is also a lunchtime service, which is offered while waiting for a while. At first, I carefully (dreadfully) dipped the noodles in the soup, but when I heard the advice from the clerk, "Because the minced meat is sinking, please entangle it firmly from below", when you entangle it tightly, there is a lot of meat. The volume was very satisfying and the taste was good! The clerk was very enthusiastic, and the timing of the soup split and the care were wonderful. I want to try other soups of tsukemen, and I also want to try ramen soup, so I would like to go there.
K	K M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担々麺が食べたくてこちらへ。真夏の平日昼、感染防止に座席数を減らしているようで、しばらく外で待っててくださいとのこと。並ぶようならやばかったけどすぐ入れてよかった。食券制でランチタイムにはごはんか味玉が無料で選べました。白ごま担々麺、水菜&海苔もりもり、甘い梅が添えてありました。辛いけど辛くないあっさりめのお味のスープ、食べやすくて良い。テーブルに備えてある辛子高菜も入れてみたけど担々麺には入れなくていいか。青い髪の店員さんも感じよく、退席後のテーブルはちゃんとアルコール消毒してました。ティッシュは所々に備え付けで、感染防止のためご自身でゴミ箱へとの張り紙。味も店員さん達の感じもとてもよかったのでまた行きます。 I want to eat dandan noodles, so go here. It was served with white sesame dandan noodles, mizuna & seaweed, and sweet plums. Spicy but not spicy soup with a light taste, easy to eat. I also added the mustard mustard that is prepared on the table, but why not add it to the dandan noodles? The blue-haired clerk also felt good, and the table after leaving was properly sterilized with alcohol. Tissues are provided here and there, and you can put them on the trash can to prevent infection. The taste and the feeling of the clerk were very good, so I will go again.
