★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけめん 中 ７００円 麺はコシがあってよかったのですが、つけだれがイマイチでした。パンチもなく、微妙に甘く、ラーメンのスープをちょっと濃いめにした感じでした。
 The noodles in the tsukemen (¥ 700) noodles were good, but the sauce was not good. There was no punch, it was subtly sweet, and the ramen soup was a little darker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製味噌ラーメン頂きました。マスターがワンオペでやられており、忙しいなかでも丁寧な対応されてました。スープが濃くて旨かった！あのスープには厚手より薄いチャーシュー数枚の方がうれしいかな。次は醤油やつけ麺をチャレンジしに行きます。
I had a special miso ramen. The master was done in one operation, and he was polite even though he was busy. The soup was thick and delicious! I think it would be nice to have a few thin char siu for that soup. Next, I will try soy sauce and tsukemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背脂チャッチャを注文。これどこに背脂が？まあそれはさておき、メンマ苦手だけどこのメンマはイケる。煮卵おいしい。のりおいしい。チャーシューはイマイチか。麺は太めで悪くない。だが、トータルでおいしかったとは言い難い。多分スープが原因だと思う。ガツンとパンチのある味付けでもなければ濃厚な旨味のある味でもない。ゆえに食べた気がしない。残念な昼食だった。
I ordered backfat chatcha. Where is this lard? Well, aside from that, I'm not good at Menma, but where Menma is cool. Boiled eggs are delicious. The seaweed is delicious. Is char siu not good? The noodles are thick and not bad. However, it is hard to say that it was delicious in total. I think it's probably because of the soup. It is neither a strong and punchy seasoning nor a rich umami taste. Therefore, I don't feel like eating it. It was a disappointing lunch.
