★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シラスのピザが特にナイス。中華まんかと思いきや、今日売り出されたばかりだという、ピザまん。ピスタチオのアイスも、皆、新鮮な触感と味覚。店主さんは、本当に気さくで人当たりの良い人。おすすめのお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピザ窯で焼く本格イタリアンピッツァ。生地の焼き具合も良く、美味しい。店舗は椎名林檎がBGMでかかっており、女性一人で切盛りしている。平日だったが混んでおり、テイクアウト客もありで一人で捌けていなかった。そのためか、提供に時間がかかったり、店員の愛想が悪かったりした。せっかくの美味しい店なのに残念。
Authentic Italian pizza baked in a pizza kiln. The dough is baked well and is delicious. The store is hung by Ringo Sheena with BGM, and it is run by a woman alone. It was a weekday, but it was crowded, and there were take-out customers, so I couldn't handle it alone. Probably because of that, it took a long time to provide it, and the clerk was unfriendly. It's a shame that it's a delicious restaurant.

何度か訪れていますが、定番は勿論、季節のオリジナルメニューが伺うたびに楽しめます！
サバサバした女性店主が、お一人で手際良くホールからキッチンまで回しています。
愛想がない、待たされて不満に感じた、などの口コミもありますが、個人店のサービスとして当然のことだと思います。
私はむしろ、テーブルが空いたらカウンターから移動を勧めていただいたり、迷っているとメニューを説明してくださったりと、丁寧で細やかな対応に感心しました♡
接客がいいので、常連さんがたくさんいます。伺うとたいてい、ひと組は友達常連のような感じで、カウンターでさりげないおしゃべりを楽しみながらお食事されています♪
※そういえばマツコの知らない世界で、本当に美味しいピッツァはチーズが流れず、具と生地が一体化して立つ、と解説されていましたが……こちらのピッツァはまさに立つピッツァでした！♡（笑）

There are reviews such as unfriendlyness and dissatisfaction with waiting, but I think it is natural as a service of a private store.
Rather, I was impressed with the polite and detailed response, such as recommending me to move from the counter when the table was empty, and explaining the menu when I was at a loss ♡
There are many regulars because the customer service is good. Most of the time, one group feels like a regular friend and eats while enjoying a casual chat at the counter ♪
* By the way, in a world unknown to Matsuko, it was explained that cheese does not flow and the ingredients and dough stand together in a really delicious pizza ... This pizza was just a standing pizza! ♡ (laughs)

人気メニュー3種類が一度に楽しめるピザをお願いしまして、とっても美味しかったです！焼きたてのもちもちで、耳までパクパク食べちゃいました。
次はぜひデザートも食べてみたいです。
日当たりの良いお店で、すごく気持ちの良いランチタイムになりました！

中板橋にある小さなピッツェリア
今回は初訪問なのでマルゲリータと
人気だとあるピスタチオアイスを注文
料理の提供は遅めなので
時間に余裕を持って行くのが良いかな？
ピッツァ生地はパリっとモチっとしてて
案外ペロッと食べられちゃいました
辛味オイルで飽きさせず食べれますね
ピスタチオのアイスは甘さ控えめで
キャラメルを纏ったピスタチオの食感が
カリっと良いアクセントでした
ですが…男の私にはハーフサイズくらいで
丁度良かったかも…w
コーヒーも美味しかったです
トッピングが自在なのと一品なんかもあり
次回はきのこを使ったフンギなんかを
食べてみたいと思います

女性のスタッフさんが三人いらっしゃいました。
お店には私たちの他に常連さんらしい方が2組おり、スタッフさんと楽しそうにお話されてました。
ピッツァはもちもちふっくらの美味しい生地でした♪トッピングもたくさんある種類から選べるため、私はアンチョビをチョイス。
ドリンクセットの桃のアイスティーもほんのり甘くて美味しかったです。
女性スタッフさんで、カフェのような内装でカウンター席もあるため、女性ひとりの方でも気軽に入れそうです。ご馳走さまでした！

Pizza was a delicious, chewy and fluffy dough ♪ I chose anchovies because there are many toppings to choose from.
The peach iced tea in the drink set was also slightly sweet and delicious.
The female staff is decorated like a cafe and has counter seats, so even a single woman can easily enter. It was a feast!

すっきりとした店内なので狭くは感じない。
実力派の女性ピザ職人がオーナー。
ベースのピッツァ味に好みのトッピングを選択するスタイル。季節のオススメピッツァも有り。
初訪問なのでマルゲリータ900円、マリナーラ800円を注文。手ごねされたピザ生地はサクッと軽快な焼き上がり！
生地は一枚180gとの事。
ドルチェも充実しており、持ち帰り用の焼き菓子も予約可能。
また一つ、よいピッツェリアに巡りあいました♪ご馳走様でした！

I also met another good Pizzeria ♪ It was a treat!
