★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 盛り蕎麦頂きました。キチンタイマーで茹で時間計ってるのかな、タイマーの音が凄く気になりました。蕎麦はツルツルして無くて腰もなく、そうなんだ蕎麦だな、と言う感じ 美味しい蕎麦屋さんならリーピートしても良いけど無しですね
 I got a buckwheat noodle. I wonder if I'm boiling the time with a chitin timer and the sound of the timer is really annoying. The buckwheat noodles are so smooth and crunchy that they are soba noodles. If you're a delicious soba restaurant, you can repeat it, but it's none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Уютный ресторанчик японской собы. Отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть и немного перекусить на ланч или обед. Мы заказали горячую лапшу ( есть и холодные вилы) с мясом утки. Было оооочень вкусно. Порции достаточно большие . В ресторане есть магазинчик с сувенирами и небольшая коллекция старинной утвари.
Cozy Japanese Soby Restaurant. A great place to relax and have a snack for lunch or dinner. We ordered hot noodles (there are also cold forks) with duck meat. It was sooooo delicious. The portions are large enough. The restaurant has a souvenir shop and a small collection of antique utensils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 笠間稲荷の近くのお蕎麦屋さん。
温かいとり蕎麦を注文しました。汁は色が濃いめなのでしょっぱそうと思いきやちょうど良く、美味しかったです。また、食事の前には蕎麦湯が頂けました。
お手洗いは外になっていて、万人に使いやすいとは言いづらい感じの作りなので注意が必要です。
A soba restaurant near Kasama Inari.
I ordered warm soba noodles. The soup was dark in color, so I thought it was salty, and it was just right and delicious. In addition, I had soba hot water before meals.
Please note that the restroom is outside and it is hard to say that it is easy for everyone to use.

The thick soup stock, Tendon, was a thick sweet sauce and I personally liked it.

Soba inari sushi was delicious. Soba is a dark warishita and is reasonably good. The tempura in the photo is not included.

また裏側3台だけですが、お店使用すれば無料で参拝も利用できる駐車場でしかも日陰で安心してもわんこを車で留守番させられました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 笠間稲荷神社の菊まつりを見に行って見つけました。そばいなりと言う程よく甘じょっぱい揚に蕎麦が包まれていて美味しかったです。
つけ汁も蕎麦と良く絡みカイワレの辛さもちょうど良く合わされて美味しいです。鴨肉が少し硬かったかな。店内は換気の為この時期は少し寒いです。上着を用意して食べに行くのが良いかと。
I went to see the chrysanthemum festival at Kasama Inari Shrine and found it. The soba was wrapped in sweet and sour fried soba noodles and it was delicious.
The soup is also well entwined with soba, and the spiciness of radish spicy is just right and delicious. I wonder if the duck meat was a little hard. The inside of the store is a little cold at this time because of ventilation. Is it better to prepare a jacket and go to eat?

汁の色がかなり濃いめだが、味はほんと気持ち濃いめって感じで丁度良い。美味しいかったです。
I had a hot duck south soba.
The color of the juice is quite dark, but the taste is really strong and just right. It was delicious.
