始めてよりました。美味しかったでーす。 11時30分オープンで15分前に行ったらもう5組も待ってて、入口の紙に名前を書いて待ってました。その後も続々来ましたよ~。 座って待てるスペースもあるので、天気なよかったらひなたぼっこがてら良い感じに待てるかもしれません。 お店はとても小さくて、小上がりのお座敷が4人席が3つ、長いテーブルの8人座れたかな?と、テーブル4人がけが1つだったかな~。 でも、こじんまりして素敵なお店でした。 出してくれるお水もアルカリ性で美味しかったです。 駐車場は、お店の前に停められます。 なかに入ると、お蕎麦を打っているところも見えて、食べる前から、なんかテンション上がります。 お蕎麦は3種類あって好きなものが選べますが、白雪は、限定10食だったかな~。 今回は、天ざる(冷)と、けんちんそば(温)、かやくご飯、ゆばの天ぷらと、かなり欲張りました。 お蕎麦は、今回、田舎にしました。 天ぷらは、松にして、かやくご飯が、侮れない旨さ! 是非、食べてほしい! ゆばの天ぷらは、ボリュームがすごい。 なかなかの食べ手応えありです。 けんちんも、味は濃いめですが、おいしい‼️ 今度は、白雪食べてみたいな? ただ、小さい子供を連れていくには、的さないかも… また来店しまーす ごちそうさまでした~。

11月13日の土曜日は少し足を延ばして茨城県笠間市の観光に来ました。 目的地に向かう前に昼食を頂く事となり此方の「そば切り一兵衛」を訪問。 お店前に行列が出来ていましたが順番票に名前を書き1時間程待ち入店です。 小上がり席に着座してメニューから各種天ぷらが付いた蕎麦を注文しました。 かき揚天の蕎麦は田舎蕎麦の大盛を天ぷら竹はせいろ蕎麦をチョイスですよ。 料理を待つ事15分程で打ち立ての各種蕎麦セット料理が提供となりました。 早速シェアして頂きます。 ・かき揚天 田舎蕎麦大盛1,380円(税抜) 田舎蕎麦、かき揚天、切り干し大根、蕎麦の薬味、天汁、蕎麦汁の内容です。 太めの田舎蕎麦はモッチリとした硬めの茹で加減で噛み応えが良く美味しい。 かき揚天は海老、ホタテ、玉葱等の野菜でサクサクと食感が良く此方も旨い! 付け合せの切り干し大根の小鉢は甘味の有る味付けで優しい口当たりです。 ・天ぷら竹 せいろ1,300円(税抜) 色白せいろ蕎麦、6種の天ぷら、切り干し大根、薬味等の内容となります。 此方も硬茹での蕎麦は細いせいろ蕎麦でツルッと喉越しが良く美味しいね! 天ぷらは海老、ホタテ、舞茸等の6種類でフワッとサクサクな食感でしたよ。 ご馳走様でした。 太く噛み応えが良い田舎蕎麦と細く喉越しが良いせいろ蕎麦で美味しかった。 かき揚天と天ぷら盛合せは揚げ立てでサクサクと口当たりが良かったです。 少々残念なのは蕎麦汁に鰹等の風味を感じず美味しい蕎麦が引立たないですね。 満腹な食後は以前から気になっていた隣の茨城県陶芸美術館を見学して来ます!

Really enjoyed the tenpura soba here. Soba is made on premises and you can watch them making it. The inaka soba has the stronger taste.

A good soba restaurant near the park. Fresh soba made on the premises and a specialty in fresh yuba (tofu skin), either raw or as tempura - suitable as a vegetarian meal. There was also a choice if two different shichimi togarashi pepper spice flavors - I preferred the yuzu one. You can ask for the slightly thicker-cut “Inaka” noodles and the portions were generous.
