丹	丹文男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.6.26に初訪問。笠間焼より古い宍戸焼発祥の地にあるお蕎麦屋さんです。焼き物を愛でながらおいしい蕎麦が食べられます。笠間産の常陸秋蕎麦の手打ちは腰があり香り高くおいしいです。もりそば、ざるそばは並中大があります。中盛りがちょうどいい量だと思いました。 2021.7.17 もりそばの中盛りに加えて、うわさのけんちん汁とかき揚げを注文しました(写真参照)。けんちん汁ー大根、人参、椎茸、油揚げに加えて、芋がら、手作り蒟蒻が入っています。いやー、汁の味も絶品です。年間通して提供してくれるのがうれしいです。冬は暖まりながら、夏は汗をかきながら食するのも乙なもんですね。かき揚げー人参、玉ねぎ、干しエビをカラッと揚げてあります。いやまあ、大きくてびっくりです(100円ですよ)。一つ注文すれば四人で分けてちょうどいいくらいです。大満足な昼食でした。 First visit on 2021.6.26.
