★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発芽そばと穴子野菜天ぷらを頂きました。蕎麦に甘味を感じてとても美味しかったです。
料理の味ももちろんですが店員さんが皆さんとっても素晴らしかったです。
挨拶に活気があり、接客も丁寧、まだ3ヶ月の息子を連れていきましたが座布団を敷いて頂いたり、接客の際声を抑えて頂いたり、本当に良くして下さいました。
またこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
I had sprouted soba and conger eel vegetable tempura. I felt the sweetness of the soba and it was very delicious.

開店して10分後に到着した時点で待ち客が!寒~い外で待つこと40分!!
注文してから提供されるまでに30分!!!
肝心のお蕎麦は、発芽蕎麦はほんのり甘くて香ばしく、ツルツル滑っこい感じ。
田舎蕎麦は色が濃く味がしっかりしてる。
全体的に細い蕎麦だけど、コシが強目。
蕎麦汁は変な甘さがあり、少しひねた様な香り。
蕎麦湯はドロっドロの白濁。
天ぷらは衣が厚くガリガリした食感。
海老?隠元、舞茸、ピーマン、さつま芋なり。
器も素敵な焼き物でこだわっている様子。
…だけど、人での無さと手際の悪さ、人力に対してのキャパオーバー等からみられる待ち時間の長さが全て台無しにしています(´-ω-`)
せっかく味は良いのにもったいない。
待ち時間に値する味かと問われると…う~ん(*´~`*)二度目の訪問は無いかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古民家の蕎麦屋で雰囲気接客共によく、蕎麦も絶品ときたら通っちゃいますよね?発芽そばがオススメらしいですが、甘味と香りが強いく美味しいです。全て十割蕎麦なので温かい蕎麦を食べる方は急いで食べないとのびちゃいます?ゆっくり食べたいかたは、つけ汁タイプを頼むと良いそうです。
3種そばは、更科と発芽と田舎を食べ比べることができるのでお勧め❗️自分は田舎の荒々しさが好きです。天ぷらについてる塩で食べるのもありです?
天ぷらは基本2人前ですが、半量と言って1人前にしてオーダーすることも可能です。
蕎麦粉を使って揚げるので、さっぱりカラッとしてていくらでも食べられそうです(笑)
蕎麦湯はたっぷり提供されます!ポタージュのようなトロミのあるタイプなので、美味しい蕎麦の余韻に浸りながら飲めます。
ちょっとお高めではありますが、これだけ美味しければ納得です!
大型連休などは行列必死となりますから、覚悟を持って来てください?

ここの珍しいところは発芽そばなるものを食すことができるということです。天ざるを頼もうとしたのですが、天ぷらは別で頼むようになっていて、しかも、通常と半量というラインナップ。通常は2人分の量があるので、一人なら半量をどうぞってことなんでしょうね。だったら、通常を一人前にすればええやんって思うのですが、なんか、いろいろユニーク笑
ということで、私は二人で行ったので、発芽そばを2人前、天ぷら通常を1人前注文しました。初めての発芽そば挑戦でワクワクしていたら、上げ底のでっかいお椀におそばが入って出てきて、ちょっとびっくり。
で、初発芽そばですが、よくよく味わうと確かに甘みが強い気がしますが、それとは別にほろ苦いような独特な風味もあります。ま、結論を言えば、美味しかったのですが、他のお蕎麦と比べて何か特別な感動があるかと聞かれればそうでもないです笑
発芽そばの他に、田舎そばと更科もあって、その3種盛も気になりました。天ぷらはサクサクでとても美味しく、そば湯もトロトロで、ルチンを細胞いっぱい取り込んだ感が嬉しかったです。

So, I went with two people, so I ordered germinated soba for 2 people and tempura for 1 person. When I was excited about the first challenge of germinated soba, I was a little surprised that the soba came out in a large bowl with a raised bottom.
So, although it is the first germinated buckwheat noodles, it certainly has a strong sweetness when tasted well, but apart from that, it also has a unique bittersweet flavor. Well, in conclusion, it was delicious, but not so when asked if there was any special impression compared to other soba noodles lol
In addition to germinated soba, there are also countryside soba and Sarashina, and I was also interested in the three kinds of soba. The tempura was crispy and very delicious, and the soba hot water was also torotoro, and I was happy that the rutin was taken in a lot of cells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発芽そばが、最高です。だし、お蕎麦、天ぷらなどが、丁寧で最高の味です。蕎麦湯が私が好きなドロドロ系で、まさに蕎麦湯そのものを入れて提供してくださいます。星1つ減らしたのは、テーブル席が、3卓しかなくて、母親が、高齢のために、座敷が7席ありますが、テーブル席が少ないのは、待ち時間もかかるためです。座敷が良い人は、大丈夫です。
Germinated soba is the best. However, soba and tempura are polite and the best taste. Soba hot water is my favorite muddy type, and please provide it with the soba hot water itself. I reduced the number of stars by one because there are only 3 table seats and my mother has 7 tatami mats because of her old age, but the reason why there are few table seats is that it takes a long time to wait. If you have a good tatami room, it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日11:05に来店したところすでに2組のお客。店の南側に砂利の駐車場あり。店内はテーブル席3つ、座敷席5つ。縁側には笠間焼きが飾られていて、趣のある雰囲気の店内。こちらのお店は全て十割蕎麦で、蕎麦の実を発芽させた「発芽蕎麦」がオススメらしく、発芽蕎麦・田舎蕎麦・更科蕎麦の3つを味わえる三種そば(1485円)を注文。半量から注文できる天ぷらもオススメのようだった。3種そばは左から更科、発芽、田舎蕎麦。それぞれに違う食感と風味が感じられ、発芽蕎麦は蕎麦の香りと甘みが際立っていて非常に美味しい。蕎麦湯は白濁でとろとろ。量は少ないので、次回は大盛りか天ぷらをつけるのがいいだろう。平日でも11:30前には満席なので、お早めに来店するのがベスト。

It seems that tempura, which can be ordered from half the amount, is also recommended. From the left, the three kinds of soba are Sarashina, germination, and countryside soba. Each has a different texture and flavor, and the germinated buckwheat noodles are very delicious with the aroma and sweetness of the buckwheat noodles. Soba-to is cloudy and thick. Since the amount is small, it would be better to add a large serving or tempura next time. Even on weekdays, it is full before 11:30, so it is best to come to the store early.

笠間にある人気蕎麦店。
蕎麦の実の芯の部分だけを使った更科、発芽させた蕎麦の実を使った発芽蕎麦、鬼殻が付いたままの蕎麦の実を使った田舎蕎麦の三種の蕎麦が一度に味わえる三種盛りと、穴子と野菜の天ぷら盛合せをいただきました。奥さんは同じく三種盛りと野菜の天ぷらの半盛りです。
更科、発芽、田舎それぞれ味わいが有ってどれも美味しいけど、私は蕎麦の香りがもっとも強い田舎が一番好きかな。
天ぷらは、衣がサクサクで油がしっかり切れており、どれも美味。塩を振っていただきます。穴子も美味かったが、とくに舞茸が美味かった。舞茸だけの天ぷら盛合せも有るので、今度はそれも食べてみたい。
お腹いっぱい、ごちそうさまでした。
お店の方の接客も感じよく、ぜひまた伺いたいお店です。人気店なのも理解できました。
また、ぜひ訪問したいです。

The customer service of the shop is also pleasant, and I definitely want to visit this shop again. I understand that it is a popular shop.
