手打そばですが、茹で加減、蕎麦つゆの塩辛さに一工夫欲しいです。

コロナ対策は、きちんとやっています。
お蕎麦は、手打ちでした。
どちらかと言うと田舎蕎麦だと思います。
天ぷらは、カラリととても美味しかったです。
欲をいえば、お蕎麦がもう少し均等に切れていれば、全体を押し上げると思います。

ちょうど、梅の時期に訪問したのですが、入り口にある梅が満開で見事でした。
お蕎麦も美味しくてとても満足しました。
オーダーしてから出てくるまで時間が掛かるのが少し難ですが、丁寧に作っている証拠なので、文句はありません。

お蕎麦と舞茸天ぷらを注文。
お蕎麦が美味しくて、殆ど汁につけないでそのまま食べてしまいました。
天ぷらもサクサクしているし、つけ汁の他に塩が付いている気配りが嬉しかったです。

蕎麦の風味が無く、出汁もちょっと塩味が強く、微かにかつを出汁の風味がするかな？
湯切りが甘く、蕎麦が水ぽい!
色々なメニューが有り、努力が観られるのが良かった!
