このエリアは価格が高め。気軽に食べるというより、わざわざ訪れて食べる価格。 仁べえそばを注文。 極細の蕎麦と、通常のつゆと胡桃の2種。 つゆの量は少ない。ワサビもおろしも気持ちだけ。 蕎麦で勝負なのだろうか。 蕎麦を口に運んでまず初めに、割り箸の匂いがキツく、蕎麦の香りが入ってこない。もったいない。 食べ進めると、やはりつゆは足りなめ。 最後まで、割り箸の匂いが鼻に付いて、それが気になる。 それ故の星です。

あの「水腰そば」の石井仁さんのお店です。 極細十割蕎麦の風味と腰、美味しいですよね。 あのお蕎麦が笠間で食べられるなんて、嬉しい限りです。 今ならまだあまり知られていないので、空いています。 チャンスですよ! 駐車場が一本隣の道の神社の横になっていますのでご注意下さい。

他では食べられない絹のようなお蕎麦。お蕎麦も出汁も全てとても美味しいです。近くにあったら絶対通うのに。遠くなかったら友達も誘いたいお店です。お稲荷様参拝の時の楽しみです。
