★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今から40数年前ある新聞社に入り初任地として松本に赴任した。当時はビーフカレーがメニューにあり、時々食べに行った。うまかった。
大学の恩師が訪ねてきた時は、ここにご案内し、フルコースを食べた。
10年ほど前松本郊外の山の中に小さな家を買い、以来夏を過ごすようになった。たまにランチをいただく。もはや、ビーフカレーはメニューにないが、ワインリストの充実ぶりには目を瞠る。
嗚呼、鯛萬よ！永遠なれ。
 Forty years ago, I joined a newspaper company and was assigned to Matsumoto as my first place. At that time, beef curry was on the menu and I went to eat from time to time. It was good.
When my university teacher visited me, I took him here and ate a full-course meal.
About 10 years ago, I bought a small house in the mountains on the outskirts of Matsumoto, and have been spending the summer ever since. I have lunch once in a while. Beef curry is no longer on the menu, but I'm struck by the richness of the wine list.
Taiman, Taiman! Be forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼のコース料理をいただきましたが、どの料理もとても美味しかったです。サービスも行き届いていて、店内の内装や雰囲気はお洒落で落ち着いていて、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。また松本に来るときは立ち寄りたいお店です。テイクアウトでいただいた、ハヤシライスも美味しかったです。
I had a course meal for lunch, and all the dishes were very delicious. The service was excellent, and the interior and atmosphere of the store was stylish and calm, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. Also, when you come to Matsumoto, you should stop by. The hayashi rice I received at the takeout was also delicious.

写真のコースは5,500円のランチコース。
ホスピタリティある接客はさすが老舗。料理はトラディショナルなフレンチです。どれも美味しいです。
ただ、トラディショナルがゆえ、あっと驚く料理がないのも事実。美味しさそっちのけで奇をてらったフレンチも多い中で、安心して食べられます。
20代30代にはまだ早く、40代では物足りなく、50代以上の方にはちょうどいい、そんな感覚を持ちました。
30代の自分にはまだ早く、自分が50、60代になったらこういった落ち着いた雰囲気でワイン飲みながら料理を楽しみたいなと思わせるお店でした。
なんだかんだ言っても、誕生日にこう言ったお店に連れてこようと思ってくれた、気持ちが何より嬉しかった。
そんな気持ちにさせてくれるお店です。

However, because it is traditional, there are no surprising dishes. There are many French restaurants that are delicious and strange, so you can eat with confidence.
I felt that it was still early in my twenties and thirties, not enough in my forties, and just right for people in their fifties and over.
It was still early for me in my thirties, and when I was in my fifties and sixties, it was a restaurant that made me want to enjoy cooking while drinking wine in such a calm atmosphere.
After all, I was glad that he decided to bring me to the shop that said this on my birthday.
It's a shop that makes you feel like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま通りすがりに蔦の絡まる洋館発見。レストランだった。Frenchだけどソースに頼らずアクセント程度にして素材で調理。
美味しい。若い人は物足りないかもしれないけど６０オーバーには味も量も丁度良い。
土曜日lunchはコースのみだった。
食器も家具も、薪ストーブもGood(^^)d
I happened to discover a Western-style building with vines entwined as I passed by. It was a restaurant. Although it is French, it is cooked with ingredients without relying on sauce and making it an accent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a treat to stumble upon this gem. Every dish we had was a delightful blend of Japanese and French cuisine and every flavor was perfectly balanced. The staff was warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The menu is in Japanese, French, and English.
