シェフの感性でメニューを決めると言うことなので、ガストロノミー的なものを期待してしてました。 あと、飲み物が高め。 あと、駐車場もなし。 あと、パンにバターもなし。 あと、カウンタキッチンなのに、シェフも寡黙。 込み込みで、1人約8000円オーバーのランチとなりました。
Since the menu is decided by the chef's sensibility, I expected something like gastronomy. Also, the drinks are expensive. Also, there is no parking lot. Also, there is no butter on the bread. Also, even though it is a counter kitchen, the chef is silent. It was crowded and the lunch was over 8,000 yen per person.

ランチで伺いました。はっきり言って何もかも美味しかったです。地元の旬の食材を使い、フレンチですがそれにとらわれない自由な発想、味でした。安曇野の甘いトウモロコシのコーンスープ、松本のスイカを使ったサルサクルダっぽい魚の付け合わせは絶品でした。 肉、魚両方いただけるコースでしたがこれで5600円は安い!量もちょうどよく、女性でも食べきれます。ランチなら絶対このコースがオススメです。 次のシーズンにはまた絶対伺います。
I asked at lunch. To be clear, everything was delicious. Using local seasonal ingredients, it was French, but it was a free idea and taste that was not bound by it. Azurano sweet corn soup, Matsusamoto watermelon salsa Kuruda-like fish garnish was exquisite. It was a course where you can enjoy both meat and fish, but now you can save 5600 yen! The amount is just right for women to eat. This course is definitely recommended for lunch. I will visit you again in the next season.

ランチコースを食べてきましたが、見た目も美しく、地場の食材をうまく調理していますね。 料理の紹介をしていただいたのですが、名前が全然覚えられない笑 どれもこだわりが感じられて、食事の終わりまで十分楽しませてもらいました。
I've eaten a lunch course, but it looks beautiful and cooks local ingredients well. I was introduced to the food, but I can't remember the name at all lol I felt that they were particular about everything, and I enjoyed it until the end of the meal.

This place deserves much more credit than it's given. The chef only went to France on vacations and "only" studied french cuisine through books and trials. Knowing that, his skills are just mind-blowing. Fine ingredients selected or hand-picked by the chef, bold associations, meticulous presentation, impeccable seasoning: Mannacktable deserves a bigger spot on the map!

Very much a hidden gem - a creative degustation prepared superbly and at a shockingly reasonable price. The locally sourced ingredients are delicious and as you'd expect for French inspired cuisine the sauces ably demonstrate the depth of the chef's skill. I strongly encourage any visitor to Matsumoto to stay into the evening for a dinner at Mannacktable.
