店員さんはキビキビと丁寧に包装をしてくださいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レトロな昔ながらの洋菓子屋さん。松本の洋菓子屋さんといえばマサムラさんだと思っています。
こちらの店舗はたまにお邪魔しますが、店員さんの対応が丁寧でとても好きです。
ベビーシューが有名ですが、銘菓の天守石垣サブレが美味しいのでぜひみなさんに買っていただきたいです。
私はサブレがあまり好きではないので買ったことなかったのですが、試しに5枚入りを買ったところ、こちらのサブレはココナッツを感じられて軽くてでも満足感があって最高に美味しかったです。お土産に買いたいお菓子リストに追加しました。

Baby shoes are famous, but the famous confectionery castle tower Ishigaki Sable is delicious, so I would like everyone to buy it.
I didn't buy it because I don't like sable so much, but when I bought 5 pieces as a trial, this sable felt coconut and was light but satisfying and it was the best. .. I added it to the list of sweets I want to buy as a souvenir.

粉砂糖が口に触れるとひんやり、柔らかいシューとクリームが美味しいですが、普通かな。
他にも懐かしい印象のケーキがあって食べてみたいので次回購入してみようと思う。
ケーキの持ち帰り箱がレトロなデザインで可愛らしく捨てられない〜

クッキーシューだそうですが、クッキーではなく割と柔らかめ。
ベビーシューはスタンダードなお味ですね。
全体的にさっぱり目でカスタード味は強くないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インスタで見て気になっていたので立ち寄りました。ベビーシューを買い求めましたが、持ち帰りに3時間ほどかかると話したら、箱の底に大きな保冷剤を入れて、箱を保冷シートで包んでくれました。有料の袋より、こちらの方が値が張るのではないかと思ってしまいましたが、とても丁寧な対応がありがたかったです。シューは懐かしさを感じる柔らかい少しもちっとした生地で、クリームも柔らかめの優しい味で美味しかったです。他のケーキも食べてみたいと思いました。
I stopped by because I was interested in seeing it on Instagram. I bought a baby shoe, but when I told him that it would take about 3 hours to take it home, he put a big ice pack in the bottom of the box and wrapped the box in a cold sheet. I thought that this would be more expensive than the paid bag, but I was grateful for the polite response. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松本へ行ったらほぼ必ず買ってしまう。ここのベビーシューは私のシュークリーム史上不動のナンバーワンです。トロンととろける軽やかなカスタードの質感と、皮のふわんとした儚さが絶品。大きいの一つよりベビーシュー2個食べる、というくらいベビーシューのバランス感が完璧です。
昔ながらのお店の佇まいも素敵。この店は松本の宝だと思います。
友人に勧められて最近は天守石垣サブレも買うようになりました。クッキーのキメが細かくミシッとしていて、挟んでいるチョコクリームに何かコクが感じられ、こちらもとてもおいしいです。
