店内は思ったより広く、奥にもテーブルがあります。
そじ坊はお蕎麦がリーズナブルにいただけるお店です。
今回はセットだったので付いてきませんでしたが、お蕎麦を注文すると生わさびが出てきて、蕎麦が茹で上がるまですりおろしながら待ちます。
この体験が街中で気軽に、安く楽しめるのがそじ坊のいいところ。
残った生わさびは袋に入れて持ち帰ることも出来ます。
さて、肝心のお蕎麦ですが、蕎麦の風味は弱く、みずみずしさがわざとらしい仕上がり。
つゆは濃いというほどでもないけど、しっかり味は付いてます。
このあたり、客層を考えると難しい判断だろうなという印象。
蕎麦湯もしっかりいただきました。
この価格で「蕎麦屋っぽい体験」ができるのは非常に貴重で、とても稀有なお店だと思います。
蕎麦の味は置いておいて、「蕎麦屋」の雰囲気を味わうなら悪くないお店です。

By the way, it is soba of the essence, but the flavor of buckwheat is weak and the finish seems to be freshness and purposely.
The soup is not as dark as it is, but it has a solid taste.
This is the impression that it would be a difficult decision considering the customer base.
We had Soba hot water well.
I think it is a very rare and very rare shop to be able to make a "soba experience" at this price.
The taste of buckwheat is put, and it is not bad if you can taste the atmosphere of "buckwheat shop".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難波に行くとよくうかがうお店です。気軽いに入れて味も結構美味しいので気に入ってます。特に揚げ餅そばが好き。ですが居酒屋なので大きな声で騒いでる人たちもいてこの時期に非常識だと思うこともあるけど仕方なし。仕方なし。何故か最近は蕎麦かりん糖が出なくなり残念です。美味しかったのに！！

However, since it is an izakaya, there are people who make a loud noise, and sometimes I think it is insane at this time, but it can't be helped. It can't be helped. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そじ坊大好きで、出先であちこちのそじ坊で食べています。なんばシティ店、2度目の訪問でしたが味も接客も落ちててがっかりです。1度目に行った時は女性の店員さんがとても細やかな気遣いをされていて好印象でしたが、その方も見掛けず今回は店内に活気がなくどんよりしていました。
季節限定のけんちん蕎麦を注文しました。ラーメンかと思うくらいごま油が掛かっていて出汁の味を殺しまくりです。せっかくの具沢山でしたが全部ごま油の味、、、蕎麦食べにきてこんな油っこいものを食べるとは思ってもみませんでした。
そば茶が飲めるのも楽しみの1つですが、今回はそば茶もなんだか変な味がしました。（味が悪い時の水道水で淹れたお茶のような味）
そして、これは全店共通かもしれませんが、突き出しの揚げそばも出なくなっていました。コロナもあり久々の訪問でしたのでいつからそうなったのか知りませんが、前回は出ていたので少し寂しかったです。そばかりんとうから揚げそばに変わった時も悲しかったですが、それ以上の残念さがあります。
そじ坊に行く理由が今回でかなり減ってしまいましたが、夏の冷たい蕎麦は絶品なので、そじ坊を嫌いになりたくはないのでしばらくはなんば店ではなく他店を利用しようと思います。
I love Sojibo, and I eat at Sojibo here and there on the go. It was my second visit to the Namba City store, but I was disappointed that the taste and customer service were not good enough. When I went for the first time, the female clerk was very careful and I was impressed, but I didn't see that person either, and this time the store was not lively and dull.
I ordered seasonal soba noodles. It's soaked in sesame oil that I think it's ramen, and it kills the taste of the soup stock. I had a lot of ingredients, but all of them tasted like sesame oil ... I never thought I would eat such oily food when I came to eat soba.
It is one of the pleasures to drink buckwheat tea, but this time, buckwheat tea also tasted strange. (It tastes like tea brewed with tap water when it tastes bad)
And although this may be common to all stores, the fried soba noodles that stick out are no longer available. It's been a long time since I visited there because of the corona, so I don't know when it happened, but I was a little lonely because it was out last time. I was sad when I changed from soba karinto to fried soba, but I have more regrets.
The reasons for going to Sojibo have decreased considerably this time, but I don't want to dislike Sojibo because the cold soba noodles in summer are exquisite, so I'll try to use another store instead of Namba for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 唐辛子にこだわりを感じたけど、肝心のそばに旨味を感じなかった。雰囲気は良いんだけども…ごちそうさまでした(^_^;)
I felt particular about chili peppers, but I didn't feel the taste near the point. The atmosphere is good, but ... it was a feast (^ _ ^;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べかけの写真で失礼します。蕎麦は黒目、お汁は超関西風、お出汁のようなお汁ですが、これはこれで美味しいです。私関東出身ですが、こういうお汁の方が美味しいかも？お値段もリーズナブル。
Excuse me for the half-eaten photo. The soba is black eyes, the juice is super Kansai style, and the juice is like soup stock, but this is delicious. I'm from Kanto, but maybe this kind of soup is more delicious? The price is also reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蟹ちらしと蕎麦のセット980円。蕎麦の風味をあまり感じません。蟹ちらしは可もなく不可もなし。そば湯の提供タイミングは遅めでした。
あと全般的に接客が無愛想でした。
A set of crab chirashizushi and soba for 980 yen. I don't really feel the flavor of soba. Crab chirashizushi is neither good nor bad. The timing of serving soba hot water was late.
Also, the customer service was generally unfriendly.
