★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ①オーダー間違えられた。②出来上がるまでに30分かかっていた(仕事の休憩時間なのに)③カツ丼セットを頼んだが、セットのご飯が冷めていた。④出来上がったカツ丼は明らかな失敗作。(卵が焦げていた)。以上の理由により、今後のリピートは二度となし。
 ① I made a mistake in my order. (2) It took 30 minutes to complete (even though it was a break from work) (3) I ordered a katsudon set, but the rice in the set was cold. ④ The finished katsudon is an obvious failure. (The egg was burnt). For the above reasons, there will be no repeats in the future.

なんばでは正流、梅田では風流がありますが違いは分かりません。
うどん・そばの出汁は素朴な薄味ですが、わりと好きです。
丼物は薄味過ぎてイマイチな感じです。
従業員は年配の方が多くアットホームな雰囲気。店内に飾られた鳥獣戯画、蕎麦重を担いだカエルの絵を見るとほっこりします。

There is a normal flow in Namba and a wind flow in Umeda, but I do not know the difference.
The soup stock of udon and soba has a simple and light taste, but I like it.
The bowl is too light and not good.
Many of the employees are elderly and have a cozy atmosphere. It makes me feel relaxed when I see the bird and beast caricature displayed in the store and the picture of the frog carrying the buckwheat noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨せいろ定食を注文。お蕎麦はお値段から期待する味には物足りない感じがしました。量はそれなりにありますが蕎麦湯も提供されなかったので満足度は低めです。ランチピークの時間帯でも厨房1人、ホール1人で回しているので色々と時間が掛かります。他の日は知りませんが。。
I ordered a duck steamer set meal. I felt that the soba was not enough for the taste I expected from the price. Although the amount is reasonable, the satisfaction level is low because soba hot water was not provided.
