★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. I hate giving bad reviews but this Hawaiian chain really needs to review its franchise agreement here. I love these restaurants in Hawaii. I arrived at 12:30; what should have been the peak of lunch rush. The place was maybe 30% full. Even so, it took them at least 30 minutes to fill my very simple cheeseburger and fries order. The fries were good but the burger was average at best. The staff was inattentive and seemed irritated to have to deal with my order. Way overpriced. I will never go here again. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with great food. The staff knew I couldn't speak Japanese so they took good care of me. Would definitely come back here again especially since it's rare to get a good burger here.

➖ 1500y is a bit expensive for what we got. The burger was ok, the bread and meat were good but the sauce was missing so it was not tasty enough. The amount of fries was nice but this fries shape is not the best, too thin so it is not the best in mouth. Did not like the interior agencement, not feeling comfortable.
➕ The staff was perfect though and my estomac was full which is not always the case in others japanese burger places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this in Osaka, after we visited the Kua'aina in Tokyo a few times. The same great tasty Burgers and Fries. We'll definitely come back. Stay delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger was OK. Steak was overcooked, dry, chewy and barely warm. Fries were garbage. Service was only fair. Looked like only burger was freshly cooked. If you must try Hawaiian burger at Kua’aina, go to the branch at Rinku Premium Outlet instead and remember, only burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burger in overall was okay i had the avocado Burger.
The fries were not as crispy as usual.
The avocado on the burger was not seasoned and the meat was weakly seasoned aswell. I wish the onions were spread better they were just on one side. I don't like the untoasted bun too much but it wasn't dry so it was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately it is very hit or miss. I've been 5 times, twice the burger has been AMAZING. But the other 3... I get better meat at McDonald's. I think it's just un consistency in the cooking.
However, the price is not cheap (the meal in the picture is Y2000). So for this price I would expect to always be good. A pity. I wouldn't hesitate paying Y2000 to have the delicious burger I've had twice. But the other three were such a disappointment...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Kua Aina. I can get my burger and fries fix here and always leave satisfied. I don’t have any recent pictures because it doesn’t really make sense to take a picture every time when it’s pretty much the same burger and by the time I realize I haven’t taken one I’ve finished eating anyway. Just suffice it to say the burgers look just like the pictures on the menu.
I always get guava juice and a brioche bun. Spicy burger, teriyaki burger, burgers with avocado and or cheddar are my recommendation. Tried the chili with beans burger too and it was fantastic.
By the way, I believe onion rings are only served at night. Peace!
