마사지는 그냥저냥...세게해달랬는데 여자마사지사분이 너무 솜방망이 ㅜㅜㅜ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月に3回ほど利用していますが従業員の男女でチカラ加減の差が有りすぎなのが残念。時間帯にもよりますが混んでいる時があります。

問題はそこじゃないので、対応云々どうでもいい寛容な方ならオススメします。
受付で男性スタッフから、最終来店から1年経過している為ポイントカードの有効期限が切れてます。と言われた。
ポイントカードには1回目はR1の〇月〇日、2回目に2月〇日と記載が見え、(目が悪いため、少し距離があったので細かく読み切れなかった)最終来店日のところにR2と記載がないから1年以上経過してます。と男性スタッフは言ってきた。え?あれ?今年来てると思うけどな?と思いながらも、記憶も曖昧だったし店員がそういうのならとしっかり確認せずに破棄してください。と伝えたが、どうもおかしい…ボディ40分フット40分の間ずーーーーーっと考えてたけどやっぱり2月に来てるよ!今年の!
コロナの事でどうしようか悩みながらも、疲れていたから来た事を思い出しました。
で、施術後に担当してくれた女性へもう一度ポイントカードを見せて欲しいとお願いしました。
そして着替え終わり受付に向かうと、その女性はすいません、と謝りながらポイントカードは1年経ってなかったと伝えてきた。
「そうですよねー施術中ずっと気になってて。」
と嫌味を言った私に、間違えた男性スタッフは手を合わせペコり。
「すいません、勘違いしてました」と一言。
いや、もっと真面目に謝ろうや。
ミスは2つあるんですよ?わかってるのかな?
結局、1回目は令和1年9月25日、2回目は令和2年2月20日に来店してたわけです。
まず、1つ目。
その当時(2回目の来店時)のスタッフが年号を書き忘れてること。
そして2つ目。
自分が勘違い?して令和1年の2月と思ったこと。そもそも令和1年に2月は存在しないし、9月の次に2月って書いてるのに令和1年なわけない。どーやって勘違いするの??年月の流れを知らぬのか??
私はこの施術中悶々と考えていたせいでスッキリしなかったんだよー(泣)
正直、損した気分…。体は少し軽くなったけど心はリフレッシュ出来ませんでした。
本当に残念。
しかも名札見たらチーフって書いてたよ…
ないわ。
チーフであの謝罪の仕方…??
ないわ。
なんか欲しいとか過剰なサービスを求めるわけじゃないけどもう少し良い謝り方あったと思うねんなぁ…
通勤の都合で便利やったけど、難波には他に沢山店あるので違うとこ行くことにしますね。
