★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雰囲気もいいし、蕎麦も一品の刺身や出汁巻も美味しかったです。たまたま？一人で営業してて、忙しそうでした。作るのに必死で接客が疎かになってる点は残念です。もう一人接客の人をいれてほしいですね。

出汁卵も同様にとても美味しい一品です。お蕎麦好きにはお勧め一店です。

蕎麦屋のようで実はカジュアル割烹？な感じ？いや普通に割烹なのか？とりあえず全てが手作りで、上品やな味付けの一品を出してくれます。
もちろんそばも手打ちで日本橋界隈では一番ではないかなと思ってます。
