★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, have a lots thing's good and a lot's thing's bad, staff no speak english, well I undersant if you live in a little village in the montains of Wakayama, but in the center of Osaka... No way... The price sometimes are same to Amazon japanese in some model's of camera, this thing will be very nice. The second and will be too interesant. Anyway they no have many variety of model's... Pitty...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely horrible experience at this store. This store is on the list for Apple Authorised Service Providers in Osaka and I needed to get my phone fixed whilst in Japan but I was refused service because I cannot speak Japanese. I was humiliated by staff and was told to go to the Apple Store in Shinsaibashi instead (By the way the staff there can speak English and are absolutely lovely and patient). Would not recommend and definitely will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a great range of used cameras. They are graded on a scale, AA, AB, B, BC etc which is easily understood. Their prices are very fair and my second hand camera came with a box, all cables, official strap and user manuals (in Japanese) and cd software. Staff didn't speak English but all business was done professionally and swiftly. Purchases over ¥5,400yen are tax free if you bring your passport shopping with you. The excellent rep looking after me couldn't tell the shutter count was but I looked it up at home and it was VERY low. Excellent shopping experience.

The carry a variety of accessories for your phone and camera.
Nicely lit store and clean.
Within the mall, on B1. Take the escalators down a level when you enter from the street.
SD cards are a little pricey. 128G, 90 speed for ¥24000
