c	coo su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性のスタッフさんはとても優しく丁寧に対応していただけましたが、女性のスタッフさんは挨拶も無く終始偉そうで不愉快な対応をされました。雑で適当すぎる説明に唖然。。ここまで無愛想で馬鹿にされた対応は初めてなのでもはや怖かったです。。ぜひ男性のスタッフさんで対応してもらうことをオススメします。追記あまりにも適当すぎる説明に不信感を抱いたので、念のため後日別の店舗で同じ問合せをしたところ全く違う解答でした。 (157で簡単に設定できるって言われたが、本来は店頭のみでしか受け付けてないサービスだった) 取り返しのつかない事態になるところでした。(すごいお金を捨てるところだった) 態度が偉そうな上に適当に間違った嘘の情報を言うのはいかがなものでしょうか。。。店舗にも伝えたので改善してくれたらいいなぁと思います。 The male staff responded very kindly and politely, but the female staff seemed to be great and unpleasant from beginning to end without greetings.
