★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言中野でかはわからないけど人が少なかったです。ゲームセンターとロゴスに行きました。どちらも人が少なくて遊びやすくキャンプグッズの説明とケンタッキー痩せる説の話をしてもらい楽しく良い買い物が出来ました。

大きな店舗なので品揃えもかなり豊富だと思います。
「ＧＵ」は「ユニクロ」と同じファーストリテイリングを親会社にもつ系列店で、１０代後半～３０代前半の若い女性をメインターゲットにしているらしく、品質は少し落ちるように感じますが「ユニクロ」よりも低価格で、商品もオシャレなように感じます。
It is a fast fashion brand shop in Nitori Mall along National Route 1.
As it is a big store, I think the product lineup is quite abundant.
“GU” is an affiliated store that has the same Fast Retailing as the parent company of “UNIQLO” and its main target is young women in their late teens to early thirties. Are also low-priced, and the products feel fashionable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欲しい商品があったので近くにいた後ろで髪を一つに束ねた背高くてはだしでクロックスみたいなの履いてペタペタだるそうに歩いてた店員さんに話しかけたら歩いてるときも笑顔もなく呼び止めても返事もなくふてくされた表情でインカム？のイヤホン外して画像見せて商品のこと聞いたら「わからないです。支店じゃないので。」って言い放たれてどっかいかれました。
すみませんとか担当者にきくとかそうゆうのもなく、本当に、大変気分が悪くなりました。そうゆう態度の接客しかできないなら接客業選ばない方がいいと思います。
I had a product I wanted, so I was nearby, and I had my hair tied up in one back. But is it an income with a disgusted look without a reply? When I took off my earphones, showed the image, and asked about the product, I was told "I don't know. It's not a branch office."
I'm sorry, I didn't ask the person in charge, and I really felt sick. If you can only serve customers with such an attitude, I think you should not choose the customer service business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニトリモールの中のコーナンですが、年末に商品の取寄せを依頼していたところ、年が明けても全く連絡が無く、こちらから電話で問合せたところ、「もう入ってますのですぐに取りに来て下さい」との返事。いやいや、入荷したら連絡をくれると伝票にも書いてあるのにもらってないし。注文した時の人とは違う人でしたが、クレーマーに対して仕方なく謝罪している感じ。後日取りに行った時にもまた別の人でしたが、全く経緯を知らない様子で一言の謝罪も無し。何も言いませんでしたが今回に関しては全く不愉快の一言でした。もう少し業務の引継ぎや情報共有をしっかりとして欲しいと感じました。
