★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡中心に三条、見附、小千谷、燕でインターネット関係のサービスを受けるお店。地域によって接続方法が異なるので、開通までの時間も異なります。ケーブルTVの会社さんなので他にもサービス受けられます。この辺では安めの価格ではあるので、光ケーブルを考えているのなら一度相談してみる価値はあります。

何度かルーターの設置場所を換えて対処して貰いましたが無駄でした。まだ1年。解約にかかる違約金が33000円と撤去工事費11000円住まい環境を考えて必ず繋がりますなんて事は絶対に無い！文句言うと女性オペレーター凄く感情的に出てくるので最悪です。

聞きたいことがある人は、担当者に直接聞いた方が親切ですし、迅速な対応だと思うのでそちらをおすすめします。
