★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約は面倒ですが、待ち時間が極端に短いのは良かったです。とても久しぶりに行きましたが、従業員がほぼ入れ替わって、丁寧に説明をしてくれたので良かったです。
Reservation is a hassle, but it was good that the waiting time was extremely short. I went there for the first time in a long time, but I'm glad that the employees were almost replaced and explained politely.

色々言いたい事はありますが、普通の事を普通にしかしていただけないので☆一つ下げて普通にします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店も清潔感があり、客数の割に店員さんも多いのでさほどストレスなく用事を済ませられる。キッズコーナーも他店に比べて充実しているところも子連れにとってはとても評価が高いところ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変しました！対応はよく満足でした。最初の設定のときに「アプリは取り直してください」と言われ電話帳のみを前の携帯から移行してくれました。しかし、帰宅して調べてみると、アプリも移行できるとのこと！しかも最初の設定のときにしかできないとのこと…せめて知ってて設定してほしかった汗ちなみに機種変はピクセル3aです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しばらく愛用していたiPhone5Sの調子が悪くなってきたので、思い切ってiPhone12miniに機種変してきました。SE2にするか最後まで迷ったんですが、miniを選んで正解でした。小さいけど画面はSE2より大きいし、キレイだし・・・。でも決め手となったのは店員さんのアドバイスかな？すごいわかりやすい説明でよかったです。心配だったプロバイダとか他のサービスの強引な売り込みもなかったですし。次回の機種変もこちらでしようと思いました。

親切丁寧そしてこうした方が値段も安くなるとか提案もしてくれる。
近くのショップが毎回対応悪いので少し遠くてもこちらにまた来ようと思いました。
