★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今、話題の楽天モバイルについて知りたくて検索したら長岡ではこちらのお店が出てきました。楽天モバイルの担当者は契約に取りかかっていて別の方が対応してくれた。女性の石田さんです。とても丁寧に細かく説明してくれてわかりやすかったです。何かあれば石田さんに聞きたいと思いました。携帯に関わらず他の事も親身に対応してくれそうな印象を持ちました。楽天モバイルは通信料が使っただけの料金設定が魅力ですが電波はほぼ大丈夫とはいえエリアにより入りにくいなどまだ完全では無いようです。サイトではエリアの電波状況など調べられます。DOCOMOなど店舗があり故障時など対応してもらえますが楽天ではサイト経由で行うそうです。サイトでも色々掲載されていますがいまいち不明な点は店舗で確認した方が検討中の人には良いと思います。現在使用している端末も機種により使えるかどうかはサイトで検索できます。
店舗に行く際は予約して行った方が良さそうです。
