★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物が古く、手続き中にテーブルを歩くアリを潰す店員。男性店員が多めで、店長にも接客してもらったが、とにかく時間がかかる。とても心地良いとは思えないし中倉店の方がとてもいいです。
 A clerk who kills an ant who walks a table during the procedure because the building is old. There are a lot of male shop assistants, and the store manager also welcomed me, but it just took time. I don't think it's very comfortable and I like the Nakakura store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホそのままワイモバイルに移りたい旨伝えると、ここには在庫がないため他の店に行って下さいと言われた。知り合いのソフトバンクの店員に聞くと、なにやらSIMカードだけの契約は店の利益にならないとのこと。客は客なんだから、真面目に対応して欲しい。仮にドコモユーザーだったら接客したんでしょ？
When I told them I wanted to move to Ymobile, they told me that they were out of stock and should go to another store. When I asked a SoftBank clerk who I knew, a contract with just a SIM card would not be profitable for the store. Since customers are customers, I want them to respond seriously. If you were a docomo user, would you have a customer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 欲しいカラーがなくいろいろな店舗に自分で在庫を確認するのが大変でした。結局欲しいカラーがどこにもなかったので、妥協して希望ではない在庫のあるカラーに機種変しました。説明や応対は丁寧で分かりやすかったです。今までずっと家族でSoftbankを使っていますが、今後も引き続き使いたいと思います。よろしくお願いします。有難うございます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応してくれた男性スタッフの話し方がチャラかった。店内が改装中？だったようでダンボールがたくさん置いてあったのだがものすごい音を立てて開梱作業するスタッフ。(中身を落とした？)真後ろには客が何名かいるのに「申し訳ありません」の一言もなしで大音量で作業。イオンの中だからか、全体的に騒々しい雰囲気。もう行きません。
The way the male staff responded was crazy. Is the store under renovation? There were a lot of cardboard boxes, but the staff made a tremendous noise and unpacked them. (Did you drop the contents?) Even though there are some customers right behind me, I work at a loud volume without saying "I'm sorry". The atmosphere is noisy as a whole, probably because it is inside Aeon. I won't go anymore.
