r	roon shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変で行きました。見積もりこれですって見せられましたが、プランやオプションの説明一切なし。こちらから説明を求めてから説明始めるっておかしいですよ。まずはプランやオプション説明した上で、見積もり作成でしょ。これが会社の方針でやってるんであれば、悪質です。その人に合わせて、要望を聞いたりデータ使用量の履歴等を確認して下さい。あれじゃただの押売り。長年ソフトバンクを使っていて、一番残念な思いをした。 I went with a model change.
