★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在庫処分の広告が入り、新築のため家電を見に行ったけど、背の高い男性店員さんがとても対応良く、経験があり店長にもいろいろ掛け合っていただけたりと、かなりコスト的にも品質的にも考慮して説明してくれていた。人柄も良く、とても話しやすかったので、家電を１点契約してきました！まだまだ新築の自宅へ入れる家電を選ばなくてはならないので、また伺いたいと思います！！
追加ですが、、、やはり塩釜のヤマダ電機はお客さんは他の店舗より客足は少ないようです。しかし対応してくれた男性店員さんの対応で、我が家も助かり契約しました。他の店舗より安いかも？？値段交渉してみる価値はあるかも。客足が少ない分、在庫限りの商品も結構キレイな状態だし。

He also explained with consideration. He had a good personality and was very easy to talk to, so I signed up for one home appliance! In addition, it seems that Yamada Denki of Shiogama has less customers than other stores. However, my male assistant helped me, and my house helped me as well. Is it cheaper than other stores? ? It might be worth the price negotiation. As the number of customers is low, products in stock are in a pretty good condition.

少し古い品名だったのですが、取り寄せのことや在庫がある店舗を教えてもらい親切に対応して頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店自体は、品揃え豊富ではあるが、特定のブランドに絞られている様子。例えば、値段の比較が出来ないように、電化製品が他店と異なるメーカーになっている。理屈を述べれば、理屈通りに返される仕組みですよね。ヤマダ電気ならではの戦略ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客さんが少ないのに店員さんが多く、ちょっと見てるとすぐにそばに来られる（話しかけられはしない）ので見づらかったです。
買うものが決まっていて行くのはいいかもしれないけど、お店にあるものから選んで買いたい時とか店員さんに聞きながら選びたい時はは他店に行くかなぁ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に購入したプリンターのインクを購入する為に来店。EPSON、Cannonともに無数のインクが揃えられていた。嬉しかったのが互換インクの販売もされていた事。欲しかったインクが互換インクにてたまたま特売で販売されており、Amazonで買うよりも安かった。店内も一通り、見て回ったが、色々と品ぞろえは良いと思う。店員さんが、購入された大きな品を駐車場まで運んで行ってくれていました。接客も問題無いと思います。
ただ、お客さんよりも店員さんの数が多いくらい空いているのが気になります。閉店しないように頑張ってもらいたいです！
I came to the store to buy ink for a printer I bought a few years ago. Innumerable inks were available for both EPSON and Canon. I was happy that compatible ink was also sold. The ink I wanted happened to be sold at a bargain sale with compatible ink, which was cheaper than buying it on Amazon. I went through the store and looked around, but I think the product lineup is good. The clerk carried the purchased large item to the parking lot. I think there is no problem with customer service.
However, I am worried that there are more clerk than customers. I want you to do your best not to close the store!
