★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いや〜数々利用して来たサイゼリヤの中でもダントツに酷いです(笑)
まず店員は呼んでも中々来ない事はしょっちゅうだし、よっぽど暇な時じゃ無ければ入口入っても案内にすら来ないし。
混雑時は順番制のくせに順番待ちの記入表・ボードも出てない。その為よく分からず入口でさ迷ってると『順番待ってるお客さんいるんですけど』
ですと。
その客もその客で子連れで椅子に座らずウロウロしてやがったせい落ち度もあるでしょうが、そんなん今来た第三者には分からんでしょ?
忙しいのか何なのか知りませんが店員の対応もいつ来ても粗雑。特に男は最悪。お冷の案内もなしでそそくさと厨房へ。
あと、リアルタイムで起きた事ですがスプーン等の食器を用意されず。
『これもセルフで用意しなきゃいけないんですか?』
と聞いたところ『違います申し訳ありません』と(笑)
素手で熱々のドリア食えって事かと思いましたよ?
他の家族連れのテーブルには用意されてたのに完全に1人客への虐めですね(笑)
潰して別のテナントにした方いいのでは?(笑)(笑)(笑)

暖かい物、サラダ等の冷たい物、出てくるタイミングがでたらめ。
こちらの注文なのに、ほかのテーブルに間違って運び、当然違う為、一旦、厨房に戻る始末。何回も、同じ事を繰り返している。
熱いので気をつけて下さい❗何処が、すでに冷めてますけど。
今は、店舗自体が開店状態だから、お客様は、来るけれど、こんな社員教育では先が思いやられるのでは?
社員教育と言えば、いくら、喉が渇いたからと言っても、お客様と同じ、ウォーターサーバーから、飲料は駄目でしょう❗
私は、二度とリピートしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か他の店舗のサイゼリヤを利用したことがありますが断トツの悪さです。
席が空いているのに入口で待っていてもこちらを確認しているのに案内に全然来ない。
やっと案内したと思って席についたら足下にコーンが大量に落ちているのに掃除しておらず踏みました…
席の片付けする時に確認しないの?
足下チェックするの基本ですよね?
適当に片付けしたんだなと思うと席とかきちんと消毒とかしているのか不信感しかない。
他の店舗では取り分け皿や調味料、カトラリー、お冷やの案内ありますが何もなし。
取り分ける料理が来たとき取り分け皿が無くてかなり戸惑いました。
料理が来るのもびっくりの遅さ。
店内でハエが飛び回る…
食べる店に迷ってチェーン店だから無難に大丈夫だろうと選んだのにほん酷かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全然混んでないのに、料理来るまで時間かかりすぎでした。味も他の店舗と比べると不味いし、焦げも酷かった。会計してる方見たら、お客さんまだレジに居るのに早々にキッチンに引っ込むし、どういう教育をされてるんでしょうか?
提供が遅くても謝罪も無い。二度と利用したくありません。星1もつけたくない店舗です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーダーして1時間近く待っても残りの1皿が来ず、もう時間が無いので帰ります、伝票くださいと言ったら店員「少々お待ちください」→10分後くらいに皿持ってくる
まじで意味わからんです。1品目すら30分経ってからようやく来るし。普通に金払わされたし。申し訳ございませんもなし。
別店舗だとオーダーして10分と少しで品物来たのに店員さん「大変お待たせして申し訳ございません」と言ってきたよ。こういうお店は何度でも通いたいけど誠意のない店は二度と行きません。

待たずに案内されたまではいいですが、他のテーブルはどこも食べ終わった食器が片付けられてなく、しかも片付ける余裕もないのか、入店から退店までの1時間ちょっと、ずーっとそのまま放置されていました。
水やおしぼりはセルフですとは言われたものの、おしぼりは空っぽで補充されず、声をかけたら空っぽだったことに店員さんが驚くという(^-^;)
料理の順番もサイドメニューばかり運ばれて来て、パスタがなかなか出て来ない。
パスタと一緒に食べるつもりだったパンが早々に来てしまったのでパスタを待っていたら冷めてしまうと思い、仕方なく食べました。
店員さんの対応は悪くなくて、逆に人が足りてない中、なんだか気の毒になりました。
せっかく集客できているのだから、改善されるといいですね。
