残念な対応でした。最初の担当の人は親切かな~と思ってたのにしばらく待たされて次に担当になった人に残念な態度に!疲れてたのに益々疲れて帰って来ましたもうあのショップには行きたくないです

お店に入っても何も言われない 入り口にスタッフの方が居ても。ここで買いたくないと思いました。なので違うお店に行きます。

料金支払いとプラン変更のために来店。 アルコール消毒と検温をすると次の言葉が「お客様、予約はされていますか?」。 いやいや、予約しようとしたけど向こう1週間空き時間なしでどう予約しろと? とりあえず要件を話して番号札受け取って待ってたけど時間が掛かるからと2~3時間後に再度来店してくれと言われた。 その通り指定された時間に再度来店するとそこからさらに1時間近く待たされた。こっちだって暇じゃないのにこの日はそれだけで4時間近く無駄にした。 新規契約とか店にとって得がある客の予約には空きがあるのにプラン変更とかそういう客には時間割いてくれないんですね。

家から近いのでよくお世話になっています。 いつも丁寧な接客でとても親切で、商品の説明も詳しくて、非常に満足です。 店内は清潔で、待ち時間も居心地が良かったです。 iPhoneを初期設定からデータのバックアップや移行方法、Wi-Fiやテザリングの設定方法とか操作・設定方法について教えてもらいました。 使い方に合ったプランを選んで料金シミュレーションしながら料金プランを選んでいくなど、月々の支払額が明確に分かったので安心して契約出来ました。 ついでにドコモ光の説明もしていただき、いまの通信環境を考え直すきっかけになりました。
