8	8 Virgo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 珍しくチェーンではないジム。流行りの24時間ジムではなく、大手と同様の営業時間があるジム。設備はしっかりしていて、筋トレ好きには満足できる環境かと。ただし、地元常連がパワーラックやスミスを占領するのは他の大手でもありがちな光景で、それはここでも同じ。スタッフは親切で気軽に話できる人たちだけど、専門的な知識あまりないので質問責めは禁物。お風呂は岩盤浴も追加料金なしなので、とても充実していると思う。がっつりトレーニングメニュー組んでほぼ毎日通いたいというのなら、他店がベスト。というのも、常連がマシン占領する傾向が強いため。スタッフはそういうのにタッチしない、しにづらいみたい。要するに客のしつけができない店舗。他の大手ならスタッフが細々、客の気分を害さないようにしつつ、占領しないよう促したりするけど、ここはそこまでやらないので。効率求めるなら24時間ジムの方がマシンの回転がいい。 Jim is not a rare chain.
