★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 効率よく筋肉が付けられるとのことで来店しました。私にはここのマシンは痛く続けられなそうだったので契約はしませんでした。LAVAのメルマガでたまに割引とかしているみたいですね。体験クラスに参加しましたが生徒さん皆さんいい人ばかりで気持ちよく施設を使うことができました。
