K	KY Ada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人経営だからか、スタッフの横柄な姿勢に疑問を持ちました。日中に契約に関してお電話をいただいたので、仕事中で手が離せないと伝えると、かけ直すと言われました。それ以降、何の連絡もないままふた月半が経過。「コースの一環として行った検査結果が2ヶ月前に届いていた」とのこと。連絡ミスで契約を反故にされたのだなと気付きましたが、お礼を言い「検査費用はお支払いしますのでご安心くださいね」と約束。前回の担当スタッフは不在で、男性スタッフしかいらっしゃらず、検査結果が入った封筒を手渡され「7,560円です。開封してませんから」と。本来はコースの入会特典ですし、お店のミスで契約がなくなったのに、そこだけ費用請求できるものなのかな……。「連絡をお待ちしていたのですが……」と伝えたところ、「○○さん（わたし）が連絡すると思ったんじゃないですか？！ボタンのかけ違いですよ！！わたし担当者じゃないけど、会社として謝るんで！！」「え、いつですか…？」「今謝ってるじゃないですか！！許さないんですか！！」一度も目を合わせず、ずっとレジの中のお札を数えながらティーンエイジャーのような語彙で怒鳴っていらっしゃいました……。もちろん「検査結果を受け取る（支払いをする）ためだけに出向いてくれてありがとう」というような気遣いの言葉もなく……。しかし、初対面のスタッフに「すごく太りました？」と言われてショック……。貴店に放置されている間に食事を工夫して4kg痩せたのに……。人手とノウハウが足りないのでしょうか。期待していただけに残念です。 I wondered about the arrogant attitude of the staff, perhaps because it was privately managed. 大	大塚清 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 華奢で筋肉が無いことが悩みだったので、トレーニング出来るジムを探していました。アスリートトレーナーが楽しく厳しく教えてくれるとのことだったのでこのジムを選びました。最初はトレーニングが大変に感じたのですが、1ヵ月くらい経過すると体力の向上を感じ、徐々に筋肉もつき3ヵ月くらいでハッキリと外見にも変化を感じられました。今でも週1くらいの頻度でトレーニングをして体力・体型維持のため頑張っています。 I was worried about being delicate and lacking muscles, so I was looking for a gym where I could train. I chose this gym because the athlete trainer told me that it was fun and rigorous. At first, I felt that training was very difficult, but after about a month, I felt an improvement in my physical strength, gradually gained muscles, and after about 3 months, I felt a clear change in appearance. I still train about once a week and do my best to maintain my physical strength and shape.
e	emi k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厳しく指導してくれそうなのでこのジムを選びました。結果的に大大大満足です！！ 16回のコースを購入し、週２のトレーニングを2ヶ月頑張って5.4kg落とせたので、もう1 回同じコースを継続して、約４ヶ月で10.3kgまで落とす事が出来ました♪ しかも筋肉の量は100gしか減らなかったので、トレーナーさんいわく、リバウンドしにくいカラダに肉体改造することか出来たとの事です(^.^) 実は今でも痩せたカラダを維持するため、週1で通っていてもうすぐで1年。体重は元の重さは秘密ですが、-12kg達成をキープ出来てます(^^) 私は本格的なトレーニング経験皆無でしたが、結果を出す事が出来たので、私の様に筋トレ初心者でもオススメしたいジムだと思います。 I chose this gym because it seems to give me strict guidance.
