★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同サービスの中ではしっかりしている方だと思います。挨拶の徹底や朝礼での日直の担当もあります。掃除も利用者がやる形です。職員さんには当たり外れが大きくあります。自身の担当によって就活も左右されると言っても過言ではないです。また職員の異動が多い会社なので担当が変わる事が多いです。就職できる傾向では若ければかなり資質に問題があっても就職できます。親と暮らしてる人や障害年金を貰える人は大丈夫ですが一人暮らしだと厳しいです。障害者雇用は最低賃金が多いです。ここもそうですが恵まれた家庭の人は優遇されます。実習や説明会も紹介されない格差があります。コロナ禍でもマスクをしないポリシーの人が尊重されて通っていたりと平等性がありません。パソコンは一人一台ですがスペックが低すぎてまともに動かない事が多々あります。Windows10の導入に際してマシン性能をケチった事での弊害です。コロナ禍でも開所してますが半日通所になっているのに利用料金は終日通所と変わらず請求されます。これから利用を検討されてる方はコロナ禍での就活はほぼ無理ゲーですしお金と時間を無駄にします。コロナが終息してからの利用をお勧めします。

There is one personal computer for each person, but there are many cases where the specifications are too low to work properly. It is a harmful effect due to the fact that the machine performance was compromised when installing Windows 10. Although it is open even in Corona, the usage fee is charged the same as the all-day commute even though it is a half-day commute. For those who are considering using it from now on, job hunting in Corona is almost impossible and wastes money and time. We recommend that you use it after the corona is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆1から☆2につけ直した方には気の毒だけど、名前だけはずっとあったけど一度も見たことなかったから、そりゃ就職できないでしょう。
どうしても合わなければ担当は変えてくれますが、正直異動はすごい頻度なので人によっては関係を築くのが難しいです。こちらが無理な要求をしすぎなければちゃんと話は聞いてくれます。緊急事態宣言のときは半日通所でしたが、相談したら終日通所できました。他にも同じように何名かいました。
ここでもここ以外でも、事業所なんて健常者が通う場所ではないので、相手にまともさを求めるとしんどくなります。障害の内容や程度などは分からないので「あの人はそういう障害を持っていて、あの人なりに頑張っているのかもしれない」と思うしかないです。
ただ、普通に中年の方も就職しているし、家庭環境のことはお互い話さないのが暗黙のルールなので知りませんが、一人暮らしで実家が遠い・疎遠という人も多かった印象。年齢や環境はあまり関係ないです。
都内のウェルビーの中ではかなり真面目で落ち着いている方らしいです。
二年しか通所できないので、安定して通えるか不安な人は病院と相談してデイなどから始めた方がいいかもしれません。一年かけて生活リズムを戻して、だと正直もったいないです。
