★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで契約したけど、狭すぎて通うのがイヤになり幽霊会員になりました。
が最近は別店舗で広いところを見つけてそこへ通ってます。
フリーウェイトゾーンがとにかく狭すぎてなにもできないレベル。ラックからベンチをどかすのも一苦労する。マシン間のスペースも狭く、そのためか自分の可動域を守りたいと思うのか、変な客が散見します。
早急に機器の配置を変えたほうが良い。ダンベル種目なんかやる場所ないですよ。少なくともフリーウェイトやる気にならない。

掃除が行き届いておらず、ゴキブリの死骸や、ゴミが散らばっていることも多く、衛生的にきれいな店舗とは言えません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土日の朝利用してますが、それほど混んでなく快適です。アルコールウェットティッシュが各所に設置されているので、コロナ禍でも安心して利用できます。
スタッフがあまりいないので、水回りの清掃が行き届いてないのが残念です。
I use it on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but it's not so crowded and comfortable. Alcohol wet wipes are installed in various places, so you can use it with confidence even if you are suffering from corona.
It is a pity that the water area is not well cleaned because there are not many staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エニタイムフィットネスは、引っ越ししても別の場所でそのまま使えるから便利ですよね。以前住んでた場所の近くにもあったので契約しましたが、今回の場所のほうが古くからあったと思います。筋トレマシンは2階に、有酸素運動は3階に。金曜はノースタッフデーだったように思います。
Anytime Fitness is convenient because you can use it anywhere else even if you move. I signed a contract because it was near the place where I lived before, but I think this place was older. Muscle training machine on the 2nd floor, aerobic exercise on the 3rd floor. I think it was No Stuff Day on Friday.

スタッフの愛想が悪いです。
愛想がいいのは入会申し込みまでで、ユーザーに対しては、〜してもらっていいですか？とか、〜しましたか？とかぶっきらぼうに突然話しかけてきます。
スタッフへの教育は行き届いておらず、意識は低いようです。
設備や立地には満足していますので、スタッフとは関わらないように利用したいと思います。
あとシャワールームのドアが建て付けが悪く、閉まらなかったり鍵が掛からなかったりして断念することがありますので直してほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの愛想やコロナ下の混雑解消に関して、ホスピタリティが感じられません。
例えばほんの少しの改善を相談するとスタッフによっては議論を吹っ掛けられます。やろうとしないのは面倒か、利益優先なんでしょうね。他の方のコメントにあるように、近辺の他のAnitimeに行くとその差が分かると思います。
会員数に対して明らかにマシンが少なすぎるのも立地が良く企業努力の必要が無いのでしょうね。
I don't feel any hospitality regarding the friendliness of the staff and the elimination of congestion under the corona.
For example, if you talk about a small improvement, some staff will be argued. It's a hassle not to try, or it's a profit priority. As others have commented, you can see the difference by going to other Anitime in the vicinity.
Obviously there are too few machines for the number of members, so the location is good and there is no need for corporate efforts.
