It's cold now, but it's not cold at all because the sheets are stretched. Entered at the same time as the store opened !! I saw the store hitting udon noodles. This time, I received "Kake Udon (Large, 3 balls)" and "Olive Chicken Tempura, Croquette". For udon, green onions are included from the beginning, but the clerk asks if the tenkasu will be included, so I asked for it. Also, the noodles feel a little thin, but they are hand-made and have a little twist, and they have 3 balls so they have a lot of volume. It was a delicious noodle with a strong chewy texture until it was finished eating. When I put the soup stock in my mouth for a while without slurping it all at once, I felt that the iriko flavor was good with an indescribable taste. It goes well with noodles. However, I was expecting hot udon noodles, but it was regrettable that both the noodles and the soup stock were a little lukewarm !! The tempura corner was just after the store opened, so the number and variety of tempura was small, but I thought that the "olive chicken tempura and croquette" I received this time were both delicious and well-suited to the soup stock of udon noodles. There was a "meat roll" nameplate in the corner of the rice ball and chirashizushi corner, but it wasn't finished yet, so I'm a little worried. If you have this "meat roll" the next time you come, I would definitely like to try it. We also sell soy sauce and raw udon noodles for souvenirs, so it might be a good idea to buy them and enjoy the taste of "Shirakawa udon" at home. Anyway, I felt nostalgic while remembering the taste when I was eating and operating at the old civic center. I'm glad I came after a long time !!

I ate Nabeyaki udon, but the amount of meat was large and the dashi stock was sweet, which was my favorite taste.
