浅	浅沼吉住 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雰囲気がまんま日高屋ですが、ワンタン麺など特徴あるメニューが多いのと、美味しさも意識されてる感じです。チェーン店の日高屋はすごく旨いという訳ではないけど、安い予算で満足出来るイメージがありますが、こちらのお店は美味しいと思います。あんかけ堅焼きそばを食べましたが、大火力で手早く仕上げたのが分かる仕上がりです。おうちでこれは作れません。ボリュームも多く満足です。巣鴨は観光価格の飲食店も多いですが、気軽に食べれるお店だと思います。 The atmosphere is very good at Hidakaya, but there are many distinctive menus such as wonton noodles, and the taste is also conscious. M	Mr JIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 巣鴨とげぬき地蔵通りの入口にあるお店でこちらは日高屋のグループ店のようです。店頭にはワンタン麺の看板、お店のイチオシと思い醤油味を注文。酸味が少なくまろやかな醤油スープに中細の加水麺、具材はメンマ、ネギ、ナルト、海苔１枚それにやや小ぶりのワンタンが数個が乗ったシンプルな感じ。懐かしく飽きのこない味付けでなのですが、香味油の量が少し多すぎるような気が。。。言えば調整できるのかな？暖簾には創業昭和43年メニューには創業昭和44年誤差が気になります（笑）いずれにしろ半世紀という歴史はスゴイ。 This is a shop at the entrance of Sugamo Togenuki Jizo-dori, which seems to be a group shop of Hidakaya.
