To be honest, it is the first time that I review something in Google Maps because they definitely deserve more attention! I have been living in Ikebukuro since four months now and tried out more than 20 different Ramen and Tantanmen shops around Ikebukuro and Otsuka. This is one of the best, maybe even the best shop I have found so far! They serve super tasty thick noodles in a broth of superb spices, containing safran and sichuan pepper (amongst others). Just the though of it waters my mound again. I can highly recommend to go there at least once! The high quality of the food makes up for the slightly higher price without a doubt!

It is a little bit more delicate than some other ramen places but for the better. The noodles are bouncy and chashu is very flavourful. The service was exceptionally professional. The only drawback being how narrow the place is but that creates a bit more of an intimate atmosphere.
