0	00 Goinkyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.12.29 どうしても喜多方ラーメン食べたくて、仕事帰りに立ち寄りました。ワンタン麺にしたけど、ワンタンは普通。やっぱり、この縮れ麺とスープとチャーシューおいしい? いつものラーメンに味玉つきでよいのかも。年内は12.30まで。年始は2022.1.4から営業。 HPの年中無休を信じるとやってないので、お気をつけください。 2021.12.29 I really wanted to eat Kitakata ramen, so I stopped by on my way home from work. I made wonton noodles, but wonton noodles are normal. After all, this curly noodles, soup and char siu are delicious ? Maybe it's okay to add flavored balls to the usual ramen. Until 12.30 this year. Open from 2022.1.4 for the beginning of the year. Please be aware that if you believe in HP 24/7, you will not do it.
犬	犬田わん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店の焼豚が好きで時々利用しています。いつもは焼豚ラーメンを注文しているんですが、外の暑さに負けて中華風冷やしラーメンの大盛りに焼豚3枚のトッピングを付けてを頼みました。初めて食べましたが、あっさりしたスープが手揉み麺にうまく絡んで美味しかったです。冷たいスープでも焼豚はしつこくなくて相変わらずの味でした。唯一減点ポイントだったのが氷が何個か入っている事。麺や具を取る時に邪魔でした。また、運ばれてきた時に「結構な量があるんだな」と思ったら氷で傘増しされていました。だからといって量が少ないわけではないです。中華風冷やしラーメンはリピートしてもいいと思える味でした。やはり猛暑の日に再訪して今度は気になっていた和風冷やしラーメンを注文しました。しっかりとしたかつおの出汁で食べる手揉み麺も美味しかったです。やはり焼豚はくどくなく、こちらにもマッチしていました。一緒に高菜焼豚ご飯も注文しましたが、こちらは高菜の味付けが好みではなかったのでいまいちでした。 I like the roast pork in this restaurant and use it from time to time. I usually order roast pork ramen, but I lost the heat outside and asked for a large serving of Chinese-style chilled ramen with 3 toppings of roast pork. I ate it for the first time, but the light soup was delicious because it was well entwined with the hand-kneaded noodles. Even with cold soup, the roast pork was not persistent and tasted as usual. The only deduction point was that there were some ice cubes in it. It was an obstacle when I took the noodles and ingredients. Also, when I was brought in, I thought, "I have a good amount," and I had to add an umbrella with ice. That doesn't mean the amount is small. The Chinese-style chilled ramen had a taste that I could repeat. After all, I revisited on a hot day and ordered Japanese-style chilled ramen that I was interested in this time. The hand-kneaded noodles eaten with the firm bonito broth were also delicious. After all, the roast pork wasn't too bad, and it matched here as well. I also ordered the mustard roast pork rice, but I didn't like the seasoning of the mustard, so it wasn't good enough.

We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day for a another serving. Not everyone will agree with me, but the value for money and taste were incredible! ?

Chashu is somewhat salty so it’s good with rice.. not recommended for those who dislike salty food. It’s a good price considering the amount of toppings. Small place so not possible for large groups of people (about 6 counter seats & two 4-seat tables only)
