二郎系ラーメンのお店。 最近あちこちに店舗を進出させているチェーン店です。 元気で礼儀正しいスタッフがテキパキと立ち回っています。 尖った臭みが少なく乳化したスープに醤油ダレの組み合わせが絶品です。 『ぶた』(チャーシュー〕もふわとろでこれもまた絶品です^ ^ 元々量が多いので『小ラーメン』で充分だと思います。最初は小ラーメンからスタートして徐々にサイズを上げてゆくのが良いと思います。 またヤサイ(もやし)の量も多いので麺をたっぷり味わいたいのなら量を少なくオーダーすることも可能です。 ぜひお腹を空かせて行きましょう!

2021年7月 最近よく目にする「豚山」 調べると町田商店のGrなのね。 評価が高かった大塚店へ。 ミニラーメン@730円 うずら5個@100円 あえてコールはニンニクのみ。 カウンターにコールの仕方も貼ってあり初心者に優しい仕様。 さすがチェーン店。 ミニラーメンが一番麺が少なくて、125g スープ中々いいんじゃない!? 豚はあんまり味が染みていないタイプ。 脂身はトロットロ。 んーこの歳になるとちときつい。 せめてもう少し味染みてると良いんだけど。 脂も結果増さなくて良かった。 麺もミニにしておいて良かった。 最近量が食べられなくなってきた今日この頃。

ふつうの二郎系。板橋のお店と比べると量が多いかも。辛ニラをトッピングで入れてみましたがなかなかラーメンに合います。 卓上調味料ははコショーと唐辛子のみ。麺ダレ、ニンニク、生姜などは置いてない模様。 生姜は言えば出てきます。

平日の昼下がり15時頃 豚山さん! 池袋にも,最近できてて あー大塚にあったんだっけ! てな感じでそそくさと店内へ 久しぶりだし胃袋30代なんで ちょっとコールは控えめで!笑 美味しかったです! 月一度は食べたくなる病みつきの味ですよね! ご馳走様です!

豚山は全体的に入りやすい二郎系って感じのお店です。(二郎独特の店員も客も殺伐としてる感じがありません。笑) オーダーの仕方も席に書いており着丼までに見ておけば基本問題ありません。 大塚以外の豚山に行った時は正直イマイチな気持ちになったんですが、大塚店は店員さんの感じもよく店内も綺麗でした。 自分はいつも厨房の排気フード見て掃除ちゃんとしてるか見ていたりしますが)失礼 拭きムラ(雑巾で拭いた跡)が見えたり、ちゃんと掃除されている印象でした。綺麗です。 前にレビューを書いた同じ北口商店街にいる家系ラーメンの麺屋いぶすけサンはここの派生店舗だそうです。通りでギフトっぽいPOPや四ノ宮の麺とか町田商店感あったの理解しました。余談ですがこっちも店内が綺麗。 肝心のラーメンですが小ラーメン、汁なしに変更しニンニクをお願いして注文。 程よい甘さで卵黄をかき混ぜ、一旦ひっくり返して(天地返しというらしい。)美味しく食べれました。 あまり量を食べない自分にはちょうどいいサイズでした。また行きたいと素直に思えましたね。 ご馳走様でした。

I understood that there was a gift-like POP, Shinomiya noodles, and Machida store feeling on the street. As an aside, the inside of the store is also beautiful. Although it is the essential ramen, I changed it to small ramen and no soup and ordered garlic. Stir the yolk with just the right amount of sweetness, turn it over (it seems to be a deep plowing), and eat it deliciously. It was just the right size for me, who doesn't eat much. It seemed straightforward to want to go again. It was a treat.

ラーメン豚山大塚 小ラーメン にんにく 肉カストッピング 乳化具合がちょうど良いスープが美味い! パンチのあるスープだがタレからの甘みとチャーシュー、背脂のからの甘みが融合して口の周りに残る感じがたまらない。 くせになる美味しさってこういうことですね!チャーシューもドンピシャでしっとりトロトロ。 さらに旨味脂と肉カスたっぷりの トッピング肉カスましオススメです!

Often find lot of people are eating in this place. Yea the portion size is absolutely a lot. Couldn’t finish mine and struggled. Noodle served hot and the meat is fantastic.

Today I was completely and utterly slain by this ramen. Overestimated my hunger and underestimated the amount of food they can fit into a single bowl. It was a terrible, delicious mistake. The menu is pretty straightforward -- three sizes of noodle and three of pork. The "small" here is 250 grams of noodles, which most places would call at least a large. "Mini" is 125 and is probably what I should've had because the bowl is also piled high with bean sprouts and thick cuts of pork. And then there's the garlic. Oh man. So they ask how much you want and the normal scoop is like, I dunno, three or four cloves? It's a lot. And by the time you're down to the bottom of the bowl, the broth it's a garlic slurry that punches you in the face with every bite. Tl;dr a delicious monster that was twice as much food as I can comfortably eat.
